She'd just woken up when she realized she had to get ready for the place she lied at the most... School.

She sighed as she got out of bed and threw on a long sleeve shirt so nobody would see her three cuts that she promised her friends she would stop making. She walked to her laundry basket that she kept avoiding to put away and grabbed her favorite pair of jeggings throwing them on her legs to avoid be quite as cold on an obviously freezing November morning. She looked around for her favorite pair of ked's she didn't see them so she sat on the bed and brushed her hair. It didn't take long from her having such short hair so she threw on some deodorant and sat on her bed.

She didn't normally go down stairs until 6:55 because she didn't want to leave her room until five minutes before she had to get to school.Living close to the school had its perks... shorter car rides with her mom who likes to press on about things, her cousins who like to start arguments in the morning, and her brother who threatens to punch someone every morning and before her cousins started coming in the mornings; actually did punch her. And most importantly, the music. She couldn't stand being in a car without music. It practically killed her.

Normally she goes downstairs brushes her teeth, says bye to her dad (who's normally sleeping), gets a hug from her youngest cousin Da' Shawna, and grabs the keys to start the car. She turns the radio on as soon as she gets in the car.

Then she goes to school and her mom yells at people for being slow in their cars. In her opinion it's actually pretty hilarious...

When she gets to school she gets out of the car and heads straight to the band room. Even if it's unlocked she just sits in the hallway and pulls out her laptop and headphones. She isn't big on crowds so she goes there and waits for her friends to get there. The only friends she actually hangs out with are all in band so she knows that they'll come to find her at the band hallway.

But today she was pretty hungry so she decided going downstairs at 6:40 was a good time for toast...
