It was lunch time and I definitely didn't want to go outside today. To see everyone so happy, like they were never going to die. Yeah, right! I wanted to stay away from the bright light of their hopes and find my own hope in this world of despair that has found me. So, I walked though out the halls. Not having a destination in mind, just going where my legs took me. That is until I heard running behind me. Well, far behind me. Thanks ears! As soon as it sounded like whoever it was was in the same hall as me, I looked out of the corner of my eyes. I saw Sasuke and Naruto chasing behind him. "(Y/N) RUN!! HE WON'T STOP!!" Naruto yelled behind Sasuke. I honestly didn't care but seeing the anger in his eyes made my legs move faster. Soon, without realizing, I was sprinting with Sasuke on my tail. Not literally of course though.
I ran down halls, going right, then left, then left, and right, trying to throw him off. I couldn't hear the other pair of footsteps which should've been following the running one. This told me, Naruto was not there to help me.Great! I have to outrun an Uchiha! Yay me! I mentally scolded. Then I ran into a dead end. "I was hoping this would not happen. I guess not everyone can be Nagito Komaeda." I mumbled to myself. "I got you now Sundale!" "IT'S (L/N), YOU DUCKBUTT!!" I yelled at him. "Whatever!! Now you explain to me, why you are acting this way, what is going on, and why did you hurt Naruto!!" Sasuke yelled back. I didn't say anything at first, but then he started to walk up to me. Me, however, being a gutsy person, stood still and didn't move. I can take on this duckbutt anytime! I though proudly.
Sasuke sighed and closed his eyes. What is he doing? "Listen, I know about your brother. Is that the reason your acting this way." he said in a tone that was calm, but very much still dark. "I'm acting this way, because I can! Everything before today was an act. I am not an innocent little girl and I can handle myself. I don't want to be friend with you, that over active ramen freak, or that pink haired fangirl!" I told him and tried to brush past him, but he held me by my arm. "I told you that I would find out what you are hiding. I want to know everything. Now!" Sasuke gave me a stern voice and a dead serious look. I closed my eyes. I'm a good lier right? I can come up with something on the spot...right...? I thought. "I..." I begain trying to think of something. "I was in an after school club that needed me almost 24/7. I went to the hospital because...of my brother...that is all you need to know! The details don't matter!" I told him.
He looked me straight in the eyes when I was talking, which made me uncomfortable. "Fine. I'll buy it for now. I know your lying though, Sundale." he said with a monotone voice. "IT'S (L/N)!!! GET IT RIGHT DUCKBUTT!!!!" I yelled at him and stormed off. I couldn't take that dude!!! I continued to walk in the halls, until someone stopped me. "(Y/N)-chan, listen, about the hallway.." I turned to see Naruto with another person. He had on weird face paint and some-what baggy clothes. "Yeah, thanks for leaving me with Mister Duckbutt back there! What a run!" I said sarcastically. "I am really sorry, (Y/N)-chan! Teme is really fast!" Naruto bowed over and over again. Then, the boy behind him clears his throat. "Oh! This is Kiba! I wanted to introduce him to you! I think the three of us will get along nicely!" Naruto said smiling. Most likely happy to change the subject. "Hey. I'm...." Kiba suddenly stops to sniff the air.
What is he doing? I thought. Then I suddenly got a whiff of a strange odder. It smelled like, wet dog and dirt. It was gross. "Oh! Sorry..." Kiba said sticking out his hand. "My name is Kiba, its nice to meet you...?" he asked with his hand still out. "Not telling. Bye." I said coldly and walked away. "What's her problem!?" Kiba yelled at Naruto. "You'll get used to it!" Naruto reassured Kiba while I disappeared around the corner. I smelled dog..was that coming from him? He might be interesting...after all, I know it wasn't Naruto. That guy smells like he baths in ramen. I thought. I walked out the front of the school. "I guess I should go for a fly. It's a nice day out anyway.." I mumbled. I needed a change of scenery. I touched a black feather that stayed in my (h/c) hair and I folded into a black raven. I used my wings to fly and just took a quick trip around the school building. Then I spotted Sakura, Sasuke, and Naruto on the roof.
How about a little spying for this little raven? I asked myself. I could stay on the roof in this form and just listen to their conversation! Brilliant plan!!! So, I swooped down to the roof.
