The Beginning.

The night.

Life was so... simple when you are a kid. There are no worries no responsibilities, nothing!

Each and every child had an amazing life. But, when we grew up.. we come to know that the world in which we lived for so... many years was indeed a fairy tale in our head... now is the time to face the reality.. with tons of obstacles!

But.. who says fairy tales are only for kids?

----KIARA'S POV----

We reached zambazien. The place was really nice. With the place my gown looked more elegant... yeah, time has come that I have to do my own praising.

I don't care...

The King left me at the entrance of the palace while he went to park his car... I don't get this man. He has like tons of gaurds why can't he use some of them to move along with him... I mean he is the king and after all he needs protection... And now I do too...

I stopped thinking about that matter... and kept standing waiting for his arrival..

"Poor lady, kept waiting by the King.. Doesn't the King know you are a human? Poor you, left out in this place full of Vampires..! Anyway Nice meeting you KIARA!! "

I turned myself... and... there was no one except this servant who was helping everybody with their coats.. But, who was he and how did he knew my name?
Was I thinking about it or was it all real?! I am getting all riled up in this situation! I have no clue what to think and what not to!

Let's just leave this thing to where it was... because I am done. I am done with all this bullshit going around me and I don't give a damn about any of this. Not anymore!

"Why are you with your nasty face? Get cheered up. We are after all going to attend the party!"

I ignored.. like always! I didn't care to tell him about the incident because I don't trust myself in this case. Let's hope for the best.. Let's hope the night goes on. Goes on well.

I started to walk along with him.

The servants took our coats and we proceeded towards the introduction area!
There was this man wearing a black tuxedo. He was as from I guessed which was indeed correct, he was the one introducing everyone around.

We started walking towards that man.. and something cold. Very cold touched me.
It was his hands. He took mine and clamped them with his. He was COLD!

Vampires..

As we stood in front of the crowd facing them downwards... everyone started gazing towards him. And were surprised to see me and my hand in his..
Everyone bowed! Surprisingly I didn't think of this happening..

The man who was introducing spoke, "To all ladies and gentlemen, I now take the pleasure and honour of introducing you all to the King of DELEVOR, Adrian Marcus Corvins. Escorted by the wonderful lady with an amazing gown which I should say took everyone's breath away..."
Odd!! Anyway, got a wonderful praising though.
"Kiara James Jones!"

After the introduction the King bowed in front of everyone and also that man who introduced Us!
Wait.. I missed something here, he just called out my name! Silly. My full name. With my daddy's too. How did they know that. I Guess they just figured that out. But... again How?

We started walking down the stairs everyone started gathering the King and in this haste my hand got slipped from the King's. Which he didn't even notice. I left him with his people. I stepped back.
