Yours POV
I came downstairs to eat breakfast. We eat meals in a big room with few long tables. It's not a very big orphanage, about 100 kids. I went to Alex, my guardian. Every guardian has got 10 children in different age to take care of. Though I live here only month and 27 days she knows me pretty good. Some kids stay here only for few weeks or a month.
"Hi" I greeted her "Oh hi Y/N. It's good to see you. You heard the news already?" "Yes. Why are they coming?" I asked still not fully believing "They wanted to do something good, to give some child a chance which they never had." "Oh that's really kind" "Yeah I think so too sweetie, but I have to take care of these 3 years old so excuse me" and with that she went upstairs.
After the breakfast
I have to look for Monica, she is probably playing with some 'friends' right now "Oh there you are" I said "Y/N can I finish playing with Ana and Ellie with my dolls?" Oh did I mention, that Monica is 7? In this orphanage every kid from 13 years old has to take care of younger one. It means taking them to school, helping with homework and other stuff. When you're older you get younger kid to help with. Monica is really nice, good kid she is also very understanding and mature, she still is a kid though. "No, Moni we'll be late"
"Let's go then"
We got ready and headed out the door.
