(Rylan's point of view)
By third lesson I was itching to see Rosie, the thought of her spending time in her lessons with everyone but me was horrible, I only had one out of four lesson's with her and the forth lesson is when I'd see her.
Watching the clock I tapped my pen on my text book watching as the seconds ticked away,
"And that's why we use a microscope, Mr Gate." Irgnoring my science teacher I continued to look at the clock, so the teacher continued. 5 minuets, 4 minuets, 3 minuets, 2 minuets, 1 minuet. Smiling as we hit 10 seconds I grabbed my stuff and headed for the door, once reaching there the bell went and I walked out.
"Mr Gate! Mr Gate!" The science teacher called, still ignoring him I walked to maths where Rosie would be. Looking over the crowd I noticed her straight away, barging past everyone I reached Rosie and pushed her against the lockers hearing a crash she jumped to her senses and thrashed around then, upon realising it was me she laughed,
“Jesus Christ Ry! You scared me! She breathed out
“Sorry, I haven’t seen you all day” shaking her head she adjusted the strap on her bag,
“Well you have me now for 2 hours, in a business class, then we go home and you have me as long as you want then” she said on the way to class. Opening the door of our class I didn’t bother letting go off her because I didn’t care who knew. Seeing her smile at her friend Abi and the boy next to her I whispered in her ear,
“Let’s sit in the back, like last time” she nodded and walked towards the back of the class. Putting down our stuff I pulled open my chair and sat down.
“Don’t distract me in this class” smiling to myself I remembered when she last said that. As class went on me and Rosie mostly spoke about stuff, and I being me had to add the odd joke now and then which she smiled at.
10 minutes left of class and we were bored stiff of the supply teacher trying to settle the class. Wrapping my arm around her shoulders she leaned in to me, I linked her left hand with my right and I stared down at her.
“Where do you see us in 5 years time?” she asked me breaking our silence,
“I don’t really know I haven’t thought about it, I’m more into the now not the later.” Nodding her head she pulled away from me and put her books in her bag. Sliding my pen in my pocket I sat back in my chair and listened to the teacher say his last few words before the bell went.
Walking out with Rosie we went to her locker first and then to the parking lot.
“Can I drive?” she asked me
“No way, this is my car”
“Yer well, I haven’t exactly got my car anymore” she moaned
“That’s because you don’t need it, I’ll drive you everywhere and anywhere” rolling her eyes which irritated me we climbed in the car, only to be joined a few moments later by some friendly faces.
“So are we going back to yours” Rex asked with Melissa by his side. I nodded and put the car in gear driving back home we both sat in silence. Reaching the house I jumped out the car and got Rosie’s door, she thanked me and we walked to the house. Opening the front door I was amazed they did as they said,
(Rosie’s point of view)
Once stepping in the house I couldn’t focus. Decorations had been put up and the number 18 was everywhere, it looked amazing. The gifts I found this morning were on the coffee table they were surrounded by pop corn and sweets.
