Chapter 1: Assassination Time

There we were, sitting in our seats, waiting for our target to step in the classroom. Just then, the door opens and reveals the yellow looking octopus, which was our teacher.

"let's get started shall we~ "

Sensei suddenly said as he placed his books down. He then told the student on duty to let us fire on his command. Nagisa was on duty today,

"S-Stand up!"

he said to all of us as we held our guns up high.

"Get ready!"

...we...are...assassins...

"Fire!"

All of us went all out on him, but he seems to be dodging all the bullets.

"How is this even possible?!"
I stated in my mind.

"Good morning. Fire all you like--while I check your attendance."

He went ahead and checked our attendance sheet while calling everyone's name without having a single scratch on him while firing. I can't believe this...

"Kira Miyako?" He called for me.

"Here!"

I shouted a little so that he could hear me through all these gunfires, it's so freakin' loud in here. After he finished, we all were exhausted.

"He's too fast..." I mumbled.

"Even the whole class firing at him doesn't work." Isogai-san complained.

Our sensei then started talking and lecturing us about how we should hold our guns and keep our aim.

" You've got to be inventive otherwise..."

he paused for a while, making him catch everyone's attention.

"...you'll never be able to kill me at my max speed of Mach 20."

All of us were in awe (again), Mach 20 is hella fast!

"There's no way you seriously dodged all of those!"  Maehera-kun objected,

"I mean, they are just BB's."
Sugino-san continued his sentence,

"You coulda have just stood there grittin' your teeth as they hit you."

Everyone agreed with Sugino-san, they all kept on complaining until...

"Gather up the BB's and hand them over."

Our sensei told all of us to do so. He got a gun filled with BB's and explained,

"These may be harmless to you..."

-Boom!-

He shot his own tentacle! His tentacle was flopping on the floor and the other one on his body is squirting yellow liquid, which I'm sure that this was his blood. But all of that just so we can see that it would hurt him?!

We all gasped at the scene but he continued to explain,

"...but these are anti-me BB's developed by the government. If one hits me, it can slice through my cells like they were tofu. But of course they regenerate a few seconds later."

His cut tentacle suddenly gushed out a new one.

Gross...

He then set out a rule that we were not allowed to shoot inside the classroom unless we were trying to kill him because, those things are actually capable of hurting our eyes. His face then had green stripes around it as he spoke,
