Hi! Firstly, my name isn't Asleigha. It's just my favorite name. So, if you wish to address me by name, please call me Alex. ^_^
SYDNEY DO NOT MAKE FUN OF ME OR MY STORY
Also, in each chapter I will hide a sentence that describes me. I would suggest you find it. This is my first story on Wattpad. Also, if I have any grammar and/or spelling mistakes please point them out! Lastly, the title of this book/story is "Untitled" and, yes, it sounds like I simply forgot to make a book title, but it will make sense the more I write and the more you read. Please vote and comment!

Today is the best day of my life. My grandmother took me to my violin recital. My dad, who is very busy, told me he would meet me there with many gifts. I arrived at the performance hall and prepared for my show. My grandmother sat with me until the show began. I was nervous, but somehow calm. I would be preforming in front of many people. I knew that I would do okay because my teacher said I have hands perfect for the violin. I held my golden locket until it was time to go on. I walked onto the stage and sat down on the stool. I raised the violin up to my chin and started my favorite song; Concerto in G Major by J.S. Bach. I quickly scanned the crowd and saw my father sitting in the front row with a proud look on his face. I played the song perfectly and walked off the stage. In my dressing room, a huge bouquet of flowers had appeared on my table. I looked at the note. "I'm so proud of my little princess! ~Love Dad." My dad entered the room, followed by my grandmother.
We arrived at the ice cream shop 10 minutes after the recital ended. We entered the shop and picked out an ice cream cake and sat down, but my dad had a phone call.
"Just eat it without me." He said.We ate the ice cream cake, but my grandma forgot to bring her wallet, so she sent me outside to get money from my dad. The street was bare, so my dad paced up and down the empty road. He was clearly frustrated. I asked him to give me money and he told me that he would be there in a minute. However, he was not there in a minute. He was not there in 5 minutes, 10, 30, or even 1 hour. I would have never known he would be gone in less than a second. I walked over to the sidewalk to wait for him and sat on the curb. I waited for a mere 6 seconds when I heard a loud roar. It inched closer and closer until it was overwhelming. The sound shouted in my ears and I covered my eyes. I heard a scream. I opened my eyes and saw the worst thing possible. I had lost my dad. My grandma is the only one left for me. My mom is gone too. She was never there since the beginning. She died during the birth of me, so I always felt guilty. My grandmother rushed over to my father and called the ambulance, but she knew she was too late.
We arrived back at the house my father worked so hard for. There were strange men in my house, men who were wearing jumpsuits that weren't fancy at all like my dad wears- used to wear- with long tape and bubble wrap. They were measuring my furniture. My grandma started sobbing and screaming.
She yelled, "You are taking the furniture!" She continued, "You are taking his furniture!"I knew who she was talking about and I didn't know what we were going to do. We were evicted from our house! Where would we go? How would we make money? The strange men let us stay there 1 more night. That night, I had horrible dreams. It started like this: I awoke in a strange room, one I have never seen before. I watch from afar as the doctors- at least I think they are doctors- brought in a man whom I have never seen before. He had two holes in his stomach, which were gushing out blood. I was crying, but I didn't know why. I drifted off into a deep sleep. The dream was short, but it left an impression.

I woke up from a horrible sleep. I was worried about my grandma, for she would be all alone after today. Today I was being transferred to a private boarding school in Moscow, Russia from my hometown in Indiana. Life had been kind since my father died, and I didn't want it to change. I finished packing my bags and kissed my grandma goodbye. I jumped into a taxi and headed to the nearest airport. I was excited because I would be attending a prestigious school for English speakers. My plane was early, so I found my seat and prepared myself for a 15 hour flight.
"To 'Edenwood Academic High School,' please." I said to the taxi driver.
I arrived at EAHS (Edenwood Academic High School) and found my bedroom. I was, so far, alone in the dorm room. There were four desks and chairs underneath the loft beds, which was a huge space saver. I started unpacking when I heard a cabinet shut. I turned to see a girl with a half empty suitcase, unpacking her things. She must have been there for at least 10 minutes.
"Oh, so you finally noticed me." The girl said with a thick, scottish accent.
"Sorry... What's your name?" I asked
"Bellein," she replied, "and yours?"
"Asleigha," I said, "Where are you from?"
"Edinburgh, Scotland. And you?" Bellein asked.
"Indianapolis," I replied.Bellein has dark brown hair, sea green eyes, and slightly tanned skin. She is a moderate height. The door opened again and two girls (twins) with blonde hair, blue eyes and tanned skin entered the room. They each claimed their respective beds and dropped their bright blue suitcases. There was no way to tell them apart besides a birthmark on one of the twin's ear.
"Hi, I'm Asleigha, but you can call me Azzy," I started, "What are your names?"
"I'm Lena and this is April," The girl with the birthmark says, gesturing to her sister. They each wore short, pink dresses that matched their pink ballet flats and jewelry. I noticed how April seemed slightly somber, as if someone had died. I hope nobody did. Lena practically ran up the stairs to her loft area and jumped onto her bed. She looked so tired that I am sure she would have been fine even without a mattress. While Lena took a cat nap, April, responsibly, started to unpack her bedding. When she opened her suitcase, there were only dark colors, like blue and black. I could tell from just a quick glance at her suitcase that she was forced to wear that dress. I checked the time and it was already 4:30! Orientation starts at 5 and I have very little unpacked. I sped up and unloaded piles of clothing and spread my dark purple bed sheets on my queen size bed. They really treat students well here. I checked the time again: 4:45! I rushed back to my pile of clothes and searched frantically for the perfect outfit. I ended up with a fuchsia, backless dress that came down to the middle of my thighs. I clasped my golden locket that my mother left me to my neck and put on the silver earrings my dad gave me for my 7th birthday.
