"Like a scene from a movie," Cas went on, "do you two like it?" Sam responded before Dean could open his mouth, "Cas, it's beautiful. God, I hope someday I love someone as much as you two love each other."
"It's Hawaii, Sammy. Anything is possible." Dean had a mischievous spark in his eye, which heavily reminded the younger Winchester of their childhood pranks. Who am I kidding? The last thing I need right now is a lover.... Sam thought, remembering his current situation. He had dropped out of law school a few months back, and was now pursuing his dream job of—well—he had none. There were no "dream jobs" in his mind, only the certainty of not wanting to be a lawyer anymore. He considered photography, mainly because Sam always paid close attention to the minor details. The intricate sewing of the fabric, the faint spots of gold in this brother's eyes, always stood out to him, never going unnoticed. Hawaii was the perfect place to do that. Plants full of leaves with the tiniest designs, the peak of the waves right before they break, and even the people flooding into the beaches, they all caught his eyes, and nothing went unnoticed.

Cas leaned against Dean, smiling faintly. Every once in a while, he would whisper in his ear, making Dean chuckle silently. Yep, Sam knew he was seriously third-wheeling. All he wanted to do was soak everything in, the sights, the culture, maybe a mix drink or two..."I'm gonna go up to the tiki bar, do you guys want anything?" No answer, seeing as the two were sharing a pair of earbuds. "Elvis... " Sam said under his breath with a smirk, turning to walk up the sandy path. As he neared the bar, the local band playing nearby got louder, singing in a language Sam didn't understand.
As he sat down at the bar, he noticed something rather...odd. A man had what looked like a mango colada, and he was....putting Splenda in it...? Those things are sweet enough to kill a person, why is he putting Splenda in it? Sam wished for an answer.
"Wow. Mango coladas are deathly sweet already, so Splenda too?" Sam said as the man turned to face him. He tried to tune his voice to be joking, as not to sound rude. "Heh, yep, why not! I guess I just have a sweet too—" he stopped mid-word as he met Sam's eyes, flabbergasted. "Oh, sorry, did I say something wrong..?" Damn, Sam thought, I didn't mean it like that! "No, no, no," he went on, shaking his head, "you're just really.....damn" He must've seen Sam's cheeks starts to turn a deep shape of pink, because he said, "Sorry about that, I have really no filter. So," he continued, "what's your name?"
By this time, Sam was surveying him. His eyes were pure gold. Not just a hint of gold, they were gold gold. His hair swooped effortlessly, like Sam's. His hair alarmingly matched his eyes to a fault, and with both being directly in the sunlight, they glowed.
"I'm Sam, you?" He was blushing again, and he knew it. It certainly didn't help that neither of them had shirts on. " you can call me Gabriel. Or Gabe, whatever you prefer." Sam snickered a bit, "You never really answered my question, why the Splenda?" Sam noticed that Gabriel's gaze flickered for a moment to gaze at his stomach, most likely checking out his abs. "I just have a sweet tooth I guess," he took a sip of the drink, knowing that Sam's gaze was flickering as well. "That's horrible for your teeth! And pretty much all of you, actually" The golden-haired man smirked, saying, "Whatever you say, Doctor. Or should I call you Doctor Sexy?" Gabe had to know that Sam's whole face was red, and he kept playing off of it.
"So, where are ya from?" He went on, sipping. "Kansas, actually, it's pretty different from here." His golden eyes stared down Sam, almost challenging him, and Sam had no plan of losing, as he kept his gaze. "Well, looks like you aren't in Kansas anymore!" Gabriel kept his stare, never faltering. Sam admired his confidence, not only that, but his wit.
"Hey, Sammy!"
Oh damn....Sam thought, knowing Dean would mention that he was talking to a guy. A hot guy.... Sam thought
