14 - Surprise

(I am SO SORRY, this is really late I know. I've been so busy because I'm leaving soon but here's a nice long chapter to make it up to you. This story will be ending soon ❤)

Tomorrow is the concert, it has been so difficult to not tell the boys we were there in Seoul. A few times this week we nearly ran into them and had to dive into alleyways to avoid being seen.

"Z, what are you doing?"

I was laying on my bed with half my body hanging upside down off the side of the bed.

"Pretending to walk on the ceiling."

"How are you an adult?"

"I don't know." I smiled.

"Me either. Dork." She threw a pillow from my chair across the room at me and walked into her room. I followed.

"What are you doing?" I asked sarcastically with my hands dramatically on my hips for an extra annoying appeal.

"Figuring out what to wear tomorrow! Remember? The boys?"

"Yea I remember."

"Then why aren't you freaking out or picking clothes??" She started to look frizzled.

"I have had all my stuff picked out for the past week, Lex." She knew this already but she was completely stressing out. She hates lying even more than I do and I think she feels majorly guilty for technically lying to Yoongi, but I feel a little guilty for lying to Hobi.

"Lex, it'll be fine. They never actually asked about our location, so we didnt lie. We just...didn't tell them." I knew it still was just as bad to keep a secret but I saw her shoulders relax a little.

"I know, and I know we did it for a good thing, I just feel...guilty."

"Remember when you won the sweepstakes and had to keep it a secret for like a week before you could tell me?"

"Yeaaa..." She mumbled, giving me a suspicious look.

"Was I mad that you kept it from me? Did I accuse you of lying?"

"Well...no."

"Thats because I was happy to have the gift, and when the situation crossed my mind, there was nothing negative about it. I literally thought to myself: wow, I wouldn't have been able to hold it for that long."

"Promise?" She looked very relived and much less stressed already.

"Pinky."

"Okay, so what should I wear?"

We spent the better half of the afternoon picking out outfits and makeup styles before settling on our usual makeup and just some jeans and BTS shirts. We wanted to blend in the crowd and then surprise them at the end of the fanmeet so we had Bangtan face masks, too. I dont know how, but ARMY already knew what we were doing and they managed to tell the world and yet still keep it from the boys. So all the fans will be prepared as well, which is super cool. We help keep close to the fans as well, some of them are a little crazy but they ended up loving us, too. Not as much as the boys of course but...good enough.

*time skip to next morning"

"Mm..annyeonghaseyo...WAKE UP WAKE UP WAKE UP!"

I slammed my hand onto my phone to shut off my Jhope morning alarm. Why the hell did I choose THAT of all audios to be the one that wakes me up. I thought it was cute...when it wasn't giving me a damn heart attack at 6 AM. Today is the day.

We both were awake and spent the day like normal since the concert didn't start until 7 tonight. We began getting ready about 5 so we could leave at 6 to avoid the worst of traffic.

"You ready?" Lex looked at me excited but nervous.

"Totally." I said, I was very nervous. I asked the Taxi driver to turn up here so we could go around. He did and managed to get us there right on time. We thanked him and made our way up to the counter to give our tickets to the lady.

About three hours later and several amazing songs and performances, we were in the crowd for the fansign. Several ARMYs already spotted us and quickly spread the word. They kept track of our location, we think they might have planned something themselves as well when we reveal our arrival to the boys.

We didnt speak to each other much, we were too focused on watching the boys. Most girls would think we would be jealous watching them be so sweet and touchy with the fans but we were proud of them, we knew their hearts were ours, the other five boys...well, we hoped one fan truly clicked with them. I watched as Hobi kissed a fans hand and I giggled as I watched her metaphorically melt through the floor and slid over to Jin. Everyone laughed hysterically when THE fan shouted "MIN YOONGI WHY MUST YOU HURT ME SO". She was our favorite because Yoongi has a special face he makes that you only see when she shouts something like that and its so funny. Its a mixture of amusement and the desire to murder. Lex slipped through the crowd to give her a high five before returning to stand by my side, we are next.

"Next." The fat lady standing overbearingly next to Jungkook said. Poor kookie. I went up first, there's an empty space between each fan and Tae sits between Hobi and Yoongi so Lex and I will reveal ourselves as soon as we are in front of them. As the lady called for the next girl after Lex, the girl fumbled and couldn't find something, some girls around her were "helping her". I soon realized they were trying to clear out the table so it will be just us. I've never been more touched than right then, all these girls so desperate to meet them and they're holding back just for us. Its time.

"Annyeong Hobi oppa!" I said in a funny voice, he had no idea, he smiled and began signing my album. Lex and I glanced at each other and I nodded my head. We turned to Yoongi and Hobi and slowly removed our hats and masks.

Hobi accidentally jerked his hand and drew a line across the whole front of my album when he realized it was me. There was a pause and then he launched himself across the table to pull me into a hug so big I was almost sitting on the table. Yoongi looked like he was gonna cry as he cracked his lovely gummy smile and looked at Lex like every girl wants to be looked at. I didnt see the rest of their reuniting moment because I had mine to focus on.

"Oh god I love you!" Hobi suddenly blurted out. You could hear the room go from silent to an avalanche of "AWWWW". He hasn't said that to me yet and I was shocked to hear it.

"I- I love y-" but I didnt get to finish because for the first time since we got together, he kissed me in front of everyone. The fans, the boys, the cameras...everyone. The screams of happiness and awe were so loud, by now I was crying. I didnt expect such perfect results of our surprise and I have never been happier.
