A Kiss From My Bully

Ten Years Later

She walked proudly and confidently out of her office and being greeted by her employees but then clutched her hold on her bag as she felt the stinging pain on her head. Employees rush to her knowing her condition and helped her. She needs to call Max Samuels, she thought to herself. Max Samuels is her doctor and her friend. She has known him for almost seven years.

She gave out a reassuring smile at her employees, "I'm fine, no need to worry about me. Go back to your work."

They weren't convince with her comment but followed her orders. She sighed in relief as they started to disperse and made her way her car in the parking lot. Starting her engine, she called for Max.

"Miss Brooke, what made you call?" The man on the other line said

She tightened her hand on the steering wheel before starting to drive, "It hurts." was all she could manage to say

Max understood her situation seeing as he is her doctor.

He sighed, "Are you driving?"

"Hell I am." She said gritting her teeth

Max shook his head disapprovingly, "You idiot, you are driving..." He paused, "...in pain. Are you killing yourself!?" Max pulled his hair in frustration and walked pace in his room.

She rolled her eyes as if nothing is happening, "I'm used to it and besides I'm near near the hospital."

Max sighed in defeat knowing that he can't fight with her. He remembered the guy who asked for his help ten years ago. Max knew that this guy is his friend's lover and her fiancé. But because of an unexpected incident, she forgot all the people from her past life in just a snap. He still remembers the happenings vividly in his mind.

"Okay, take care!" Then he hunged up, scrolling through his phone and stopped when he saw his number. He hesitated if either he'll call him or not, and at last he has decided.

"Hello?" The masculine voice asked

Max cleared his throat and said, "She is in pain, and I think this is the time for you to show yourself. It's been ten years, you need to get out of your shell." He angrily scolded Francisco

He heard a glass break, "What's going on? Are you alright?" Max asked

"Don't mind that, I'll be there in a few." Francisco said and didn't wait for him to reply.

Minutes later Katelyn arrived at the hospital and got out of her car, she carefully walked her way to her doctor's room, where she'll be taken care of. But little did she know that Francisco was behind her, watching every move she makes. She knocked a couple of times before Max opened the door.

She sighed heavily and walked in, "Gosh, this is torture."

Max sat down on his chair and Katelyn did so. Max took out a medicine for her to take and gave it to her, she muttered thanks and drank the medicine.

Then someone knocked on the door making Max tensed. Katelyn excused herself to got to the bathroom. He stood up still looking at Katelyn's figure and opened the door.

"It's about time you show up." Max said, Francisco looked everywhere the room but couldn't find what he was looking.

"Where is she?" Francisco asked

"Bathroom, now I'll leave you two talk. If there's any problem, call me right away."

Francisco nodded and pushed Max out of the room.

"Hey Max! You need to put a new toilet paper." Katelyn yelled

Francisco smiled when he heard her angelic voice from the bathroom. He wants to wrap her in his arms and tell her how he loves her but that seems impossible.

Katelyn walked out to meet Max but she met a different guy. The guy looked familiar to her but she can't point where she met this guy. And her heartbeat rate increased when the guy smiled at her.

"U-um.. Who are you? W-where's Max?" She asked nervously

Francisco chuckled at her nervousness.

"Don't be nervous, I don't bite. And Max went out. I'm here to keep you company." He smiled

Katelyn couldn't move, she feels something towards this guy. She felt a pull and just wants to kiss his lips. She mentally slapped her self, she is thinking crazy things about this guy she met minutes ago. But the question he asked confused her.

"Do you remember your parents?"

Katelyn don't know what to tell him. She have forgotten the people from her past including the person she love. Her ring showed that she is engaged to someone.

"That question is too personal Mr....." She lingered

Francisco held out his hand for a greeting, "Francisco Lockwood."

Katelyn looked at him cautiously before taking his hand and smiled warmly. Then when they shook their hands she felt her brain go wild as flashbacks from her past come back and begin to play in her head.

Francisco starts to get worried when Katelyn held on his hand tightly. Then Katelyn passed out.

Annabeth and the adults wait for Katelyn to wake up. They were starting to worry because she might not wake up and leave them soon.

They saw Katelyn stirred and they all looked at her. Katelyn opened her eyes and see her family that she had forgotten for years.

"Mom? Dad?"

Soon she was attacked by her parents hug.

"You remember us?" Her mother asked

Katelyn nodded and see her dad with tears, "Dad, don't cry."

Her dad smiled, "I'm not crying, it's tears of joy, princess."

They celebrated and talked for many minutes, but Francisco felt left out and decided to call Katelyn's brother, Raven.

"What's up?" Raven greeted

"Your sister remembers everything." Francisco told him, he heard Raven cried out for joy.

"Are you serious?" He asked

Francisco laughed, "Hell yeah I am. Let me guess, you're on your way to the hospital?"

"Damn right! I need to hung up, see you."

Francisco locked his phone and looked at the happy people in the room. Katelyn manage to find him despite the fact she was surrounded by many people. They both smiled at each other and she waved at him. Francisco smiled widely showing his teeth and waved back. Francisco forced himself to smile wider but his breath stopped him, and his heart was rapidly beating and it is not normal. Soon, Francisco was knocked out and fell down on the floor.
