Fixing the TARDIS

"And...... Done." I said, placing the panel back in its slot.

"Well, took you long enough." she smiled. We both sat down on the coussion chair, talking about random things when I asked how Mickey was.

Rose looked at me, tears welling up in her eyes."He broke up with me and moved to Germany." I took her into my arms, rubbing her back as she sobbed. I tucked a strand of stray hair behind her ear.

"Shhh. Rose, its okay, you still have me. I will NEVER leave you." I said hugging her tighter.

She lifted her head. "Do you really mean that?" I nodded, wiping tears from her face. We sat there, eyes locked for what felt like hours.

She broke the silence "Doctor.....I.....I...." she wispered. Cutting her off, I put my hand on her cheek, and slowly leaned in. Her soft lips brushed mine, and stayed for a few seconds. She pulled away, resting her head on my shoulder, she fell asleep in my arms.
