Brie’s POV
“I’m really sorry, but it was too late.” The doctor said.
When I heard those words, my whole world just fell apart. I almost fainted to the ground. I cried again, this time my tears never stopped falling through my face. I never wanted this to happen.
We all stood there, crying.
“I’m sorry, Brie. I know it’s hard. I’m here for you, best friend. I won’t leave your side.” Jo told me.
“Those were the words he said. But, he left me.” I said, with more tears falling from my face.
Ned, who was my forever, eternity and infinity, is now gone from my life… forever.
