The next day at school in the auditorium, Mrs. Denby makes an announcement.
"For our next English Assessment, we will be performing a school play." She says. "We usually do school plays yearly, you guys did one in your first year but not your second because of the unfortunate loss of teachers..."
"Because of YOU!" Jamal yells.
"Excuse me?" She asks.
"Nothing." Jamal rolls his eyes.
"So for your first year play, it says Jason was directing it and Annika Martin, Jamal Rutter, and Danya Millington wrote it. It was titled : "The Mysteries of Ancient Greece." And it was a huge hit."
"It was." Jamal stands. "But unfortunately Annika and Danya aren't here anymore, because they were murdered. By YOU!!!"
"Jamal, go to the office!" Mrs. Denby yells."You are disrupting the class..."
Jamal storms off.
Elayna and Tyler exchange looks.
"So who's writing the play this time?"
"I will!" Savanna stands. "And Sami and Lucy will help me!"
"Fun! Okay you guys figure out what it will be about. But don't make it too long, it's going to be on the day before Graduation Day."
"When is Graduation Day?" Tommy asks Tyler.
"In a month." Tyler says.
"Time flies bye so fast." Elayna says. "I'm not ready to leave here... too many memories."
"I think we can all agree." Tyler says.
