Kagaya ng nakagawian ni Cleo, nasa may garden na naman siya ng hospital at nakatungo na para bang may hinahanap.
"Ano na naman bang hinahanap mo diyan?"
"Xen, Teka, Anong ginagawa mo dito? Diba dapat nagpapahinga ka?"
Wala nang ibang sinabi si Xenon at naupo na lamang sa tabi ni Cleo.
"Iyon na naman ba?"
"Huh?"
"Ang sabi ko,naghahanap ka na naman ba ng Four-Leaf Clover.."
Tumango si Cleo at nagpatuloy na lamang sa paghahanap.
"Ilang beses ko bang sasabihin sayo na tigilan mo na yung paghahanap dun. Kahit ano pang hilingin mo, hinding hindi yun magkakatotoo."
Natigilan si Cleo at napaharap kay Xenon.
Hindi galit o inis ang naramdaman niya sa mga sinabi nito, kundi pag-iintindi. Nakikita niya ang kalungkutan sa mga mata ng lalaking mahal niya.
Hopelessness,Sadness.
Napayuko na lang si Cleo pero hindi pa rin ito nagpaawat and she continued searching for that leaf.
"Please.. Please.. Magpakita ka na sakin Mr.Clover.." Cleo whispered.
Xenon stood up,turned back and prepared to get in to his room but there are words which Cleo said that made him stop.
"Dear Mr.Four-Leaf Clover,Please... extend his life."
Napaharap si Xenon kay Cleo at nakita niya na nakayuko ito,habang hawak hawak ang dahong matagal na niyang hinahanap.
Tears started to fall from her eyes. Those tears which she kept for many years. The years of suffering of her loved one. She wants to be a strong person in front of Xenon.
They know... They both know that Xenon will only live for a maximum of 20 years. The doctor said na dahil ito sa hindi na makakayanan ng puso niya ang pagbabago sa katawan niya. Yes,he has a heart disease.
Kaya hindi matatapos ang buwan na hindi maoospital si Xenon. Dahil bigla bigla ay nararamdaman na lang niya ang paninikip ng puso niya.
And now, he's 18 years old.
Cleo's parents and Xenon's are great family friends. But when Cleo was 8 years old, something happened to her parents. They had been in a car accident and they both died. Kaya simula nun ay sa pamilya na siya ni Xenon tumira.
Parang aso't pusa si Xenon at Cleo but someway,somehow, they both do not know but they fell... They fell in love with each other.
Xenon hugged her tightly from her back.
"Shh... Don't cry..." he whispered.

"Iayos niyo na yung kama..."
"Nurse Eun, tulungan mo nga kami dito."
"Ay sorry po."
Cleo awoke because of those voices she heard.
She slowly opened her eyes at nakita niya ang mga nurses na inaayos na yung kama na hinihigaan ni Xenon. She's just sleeping on a sofa sa loob ng room ni Xenon.
