Blaze's point of view

I lay on the couch with my head in Harry's lap. These last few weeks have been nothing but a rollercoaster. I couldn't believe my mom. What mother abandons her family then comes back to kill them?

Her dumbass.

Harry runs his fingers through my hair as he hums a soft tune. I look up at him and my breath hitches in my throat. He has his head leaned back against the couch with his eyes closed. A little smile plays on his lips as he opens his eyes and looks down at me.

Harry : Hi love.

He smirks showing his fangs. I smile and sit up giving him a quick kiss before laying back down.

Me : Feels like it was just yesterday they had a meeting about this new vampire that was going around being crazy.

He chuckles and shakes his head.

Harry : That was their first weak attempt.
Me : You do leave behind a terrible mess after you feed.
Harry : It's my signature.

I smile at him and close my eyes. I would have never thought I would actually find my mate. Sure there were times it would  cross my mind but did I actual think it would happen? No. Yet here I am with the one person besides my dad that I truely love. Harry. I hated this nut-case when I first met him. Maybe because he reminded me a little of myself. When he gets angry he turns into a full beast.

Harry : Whatcha' thinking about?
Me : You.
Harry : Me?
Me : Yes. I hated you when I first met you.
Harry : You hate everyone when you first meet them Blaze.

I laugh; that's true.

Me : You were different though, you just popped up in my kitchen with a dead body!
Harry : I was feeding! It was a to go snack.
Me : Then whenever you got mad you tried to kill me.
Harry : Hurt you. I tried to hurt you. I would never try to kill you.
Me : I can't say the same.

Harry attacks my face with kisses as I laugh. There was a knock at the door. I glance at the clock. It's only nine in the afternoon well night, whatever the fuck. I open the door to see a very happy Louis and Jess. I chuckle and let them in followed by Niall, Zayn and Liam.

Harry : What brings you guys over?
Jess : We wanted to share the news with you all!
Me : News?
Louis : Jess and I completed our bond!

Jess is bouncing up and down in her seat with a huge smile on her face.

Me : Congratulations!
Jess : Isn't it awesome?!

Zayn scoffs.

Harry : What's wrong Zayn? Mad you don't have a mate yet?
Zayn : No!
Niall : I already told him..--
Zayn : For fuck sakes Niall you're not my mate.
Niall : I'm just saying Ziall is a nice ship name.

Harry laughs and puts his arm around me. He looks at Zayn with amused eyes.

Harry : Ziall?
Zayn : It's complete rubbish.

Then it hit me.

Me : Hey, none of you have are American. You're all foreign. Even Liam.

They all ponder for a moment.

Niall : She's right! I never noticed that. See Zayn we are mates!

Zayn groans while we all laughed.
