School grooooss

School. Fun right? Not really. It's getting better for me ever since I left middle school thank goodness. less bullies, more friends, better teachers, it's amazing! But there will always be that high level of stress. I thought I can help you guys with it maybe? Or at least, right down what I do to release some of that stress.

1. Take it easy. Don't overwork yourself. sometimes it feels like you need to, but don't forget to sleep. It's pretty important to get some sleep to de-stress. so take a break in between studying, just don't forget to finish.

2. Eat Plenty of food! Don't stuff yourself though. You don't want to miss school and get caught up trying to finish your work while sick. Take care of your health. It's more important than turning a paper on time. ok?

3. Talk to your friends! This one helps me quite alot. Your friends are always there for you. So at lunch or after school maybe, go talk to your friends and share a good laugh. It helps my day get better.

4. Pay attention in class. Don't try to maintain a 'popular' stereotype. The way I think of it, have 20 friends you can't trust, or 1 friend that you can. Also, this one is rather hard for me. So, believe me when I say this next part. TRY not to get distracted in class. Pay attention so you know how to do your work, and don't have to go around asking for the answers. If you just don't understand it like me with math, don't be afraid to ask someone to help tutor you. Maybe one of your friends are good at the subject your struggling in and can help you!

in all really, get sleep, eat food, hang around your friends to share a laugh, and ask for help when needed. I know I'm not the best at advice, but this is what I do any way. I have a math tutor that helps me, and even when I'm not done with my work, I still go to bed at the same time every night. Good luck, and have fun~!

Oh! I almost forgot! Don't forget to stay healthy of course, but dont overwork yourself. take a day to relax, and do what you want to. spend time with your fam, and have some you time set down once in a while.
