20. The Date and The Decorating.

Gray's POV :
I'm so scared for tonight..I'm not sure how she will react....what happens if she doesn't feel the same way I do ?

"Lucy..!" I shouted.
" Oh hey Gray, what's up? " she said.
" Well I wanted to ask you what Juvia would like for her birthday, I have no clue and her birthday is tonight. do you have any ideas? " I asked, hoping she did.
" I'm sorry Gray but I have no idea, but I do know that she love music and has about a thousand CDs In her room"
" That's a great idea, thanks Lucy, see you at the party." I said, I thinking about making her a mixtape with music we have listened to together...
" You're welcome see you tonight."

Lucy's POV :
Gray really does love Juvia...it makes me really happy. She's my best friend and she deserves all the love in the world. I really do hope she enjoys tonight. I will try and make it look perfect.
I then saw Natsu so I ran up to him.

"Natsuuuuu" I said while running towards him.
" Hey Luce " he said.
" So as the party is tonight shall we go decorate the sherry tree ? " I asked.
We haven't been able to spend a lot of time together, so I was hoping it could be kind of like a date.
" Yeah Luce, should we go buy all the stuff now? " he said while holding my hand.
I felt so warm with him that I didn't want to let go. I love him.

Natsu's POV :

I heard Lucy call tme, and she had  asked if we could decorate the sherry tree soon, I really have missed her, with all that's been going on with Gray and Juvia we just haven't been able to see each other like we used too.

Back from the shops and at the Sherry Tree :

It was 6:00 PM and the party was at 9. Lucy prepared  a picnic for us, it was really romantic and sweet. We had layed down under the sunset near the sherry tree.
We decorated the tree with lights and we put "flying" candles on it. So it look like you were in the sky, flying.
" Hey Lucy, do you think they will like it " I said while resting my head on her lap.
" I really do think they will. Even if all of this isn't for us, it still feels magical." She said and then she kissed my forehead.
" I love you Natsu "
" I love you more Luce ".

Lucy's POV :

The lights were twinkling and the candles looked like the stars. I really didn't want it to end but we hat to go so Gray could confess.
It was the perfect date.
