Petra's POV
I opened my eyes to see I was still sleeping on the cold hard ground. It was still night. I felt a tear go down ny eye. Was there even a reason to live anymore? I have lost everything...my home....and my family.

I sat up and lending my head against the wall. Remembering all those moments with my family. When...my dad taught me how to use a sword... when my mom taught me how to use a bow.....how we hugged,laughed,and kiss.

It wasn't long before the sun started to come up. I walked down the street to already see people going to work. I wasn't playing attention to where I was going and bumped into a boy my age. "Oh my sorry!" I said to the boy with brown hair with green eyes. "It ok...it happens" he said lending me a hand.

He helped pull me up and we both stared into each other's eye's. "Names Jesse" he said putting his hand out. "Petra" I said as we shaked each others hands. Since that day we were the best of friends.

Jesse's POV
"That's how I know that....monster" Petra said to me. We were back at the house and petra told me.....how she knew that thing. More like monster... I couldn't believe petra went through all of that. She had her head leaning on my sholder while she told me. "Petra...Am so sorry...no one should have to go through that" I said to her.

We both sat there for a moment in silence. Then petra grabed something for her pocket. It was a letter.

Petra's POV
I decided to open the letter. My eyes widened...I looked over at Jesse who's eyes widened to. The letter read:

Petra
It's been awhile...I don't know if you're even going to get this letter but after I found out you where a order of the stone member I had to find you...but..he has returned. That monster that took your mother away...and my wife. Petra I know this is not going to be easy but...I need you to stay where you are...don't come looking for me...he will find you.....he needs you.......he needs your soul......to become eternal. I know you may not believe it...but it's ture. Just know am with you and we will be together soon.....I love you

I couldn't believe it.....I didn't know what to say. I had a hard choice A:Go find my dad.....B:Do as am told. This is going to be hard....but I know am not alone anymore....I had Jesse.
