Mayor Humdinger: (groans) Those meddling pups, Ryder and Mayor Goodway are gonna pay for all what they've done! They've humiliated me once more!!
Narrator: All of Mayor Humdinger's cats meow in furiousness while Mayor Humdinger smashes and throws things around until he finds a picture of a chiwawa and a monkey on the ground cracked. Mayor Humdinger picks up the photo.
Mayor Humdinger: Hmm, I wonder if these two can help me. I know that Tracker is controlled by that monkey so all I have to do is get the monkey to serve me and I can use these two to destroy the paw patrol forever!
Narrator: Mayor Humdinger laughs evilly.
