A group of people are trapped in a government testing facility.
The scientists vacate the premises most of the time and you're all stuck there.
Mutated monsters and animals lurk around every corner.
The scientists kidnap random people from outside and turn them into monsters to set against you and test you.
Often, you'll be incapacitated and they'll take you out for awhile to perform many tests, which are often painful.
There are gasses released with different effects on different people that slowly drive you mad, or maybe this time, they'll burn your eyes out.
