Chapter 2: Newfound Friendships

"Wow, so you're a wizard?!" 

After feasting on the meal, Lucy had provided for Natsu and the others, they stood outside the restaurant and shared each others life stories. To their surprise, the girl who had treated them to lunch was a wizard like themselves. 

Natsu was a little too surprised by the news.

"So what guild are you apart of?" Arey asked.

"Oh.." Lucy laughed nervously and began to blush, "I'm not a member of any guilds yet!" 

"Oh. How come?" Arey cocked her head to the side. 

Lucy continued to blush, "Well, I just haven't found the right guild yet, I guess." 

"I understand." 

A faint voice tickled the breeze but no one thought much of it.

"Hey Loony, what kinda magic do you use?" Natsu asked, his eyes blazing with interest. 

It was clear that Natsu hadn't been listening to what Lucy and Arey were talking about. 

"Uhm, well..." Lucy chuckled.

Arey and Natsu cocked their heads to the side. 

"I use Cele..." before Lucy could finish, another group of screaming girls came charging passed them in a hurry. "WAHHHHHH!" Lucy screamed as the herd of girls dragged her off along with them. 

"Lucy!" Arey called after them. 

As her foot hit the stone to chase after the herd of girls, another herd came stampeding right after them, latching onto Arey and dragging her off along with them. 

"AHHHHHH WAAAAAAITTTTTT!" she screamed, "Natsu, help me!"

The pink-haired boy turned around after seeing a kite-shaped as a dragon soar passed to find himself stranded with Happy in the dust. 

"Hey, where'd everyone go?" he asked. 

Happy shrugged.

Being carried by the hoards of girls, Lucy and Arey did their best to struggle free from the girls' grasps, but there were just too many of them. Not feeling the need to take extreme action, both girls eventually gave into the ride and kept a close eye on their surroundings so that they'd know how to return. 

The hoard carried the two girls onto a nice yacht with flashing lights on the inside. Climbing aboard, the purple-haired scoundrel from before (which had had Lucy and Arey in a state of fate love) stood greeting all the girls with a proud grin. 

"Welcome to the party, my dear friends!" he welcomed. 

"Salamander." Lucy hissed. 

Shit, not this guy again. Arey thought to herself, clenching her teeth.

"Please, fix yourself some drinks and let's dance. You are all my guests tonight!" Salamander announced which made the girls go nuts!

Throwing their hands in the air, the girls dropped Arey and Lucy onto the deck as they scrambled off to get themselves wasted. 

Lucy held the back of her head and rubbed it; she must've hit it when they dropped her. 

Arey sat a few feet away from Lucy rubbing her side. 

The two girls glanced over at each other; Arey grinned while Lucy flashed frustration. 

"Man, that hurt." Lucy complained.
