I try and avert my eyes from his glowing ones, but I'm mesmerized by the glowing sea of red that sparkles in the moonlight.

He had turned around like he sensed me coming, like a shark sensing blood from its prey.

I thrust myself away and face forwards looking at the street lights that get closer as I try and walk away from the man.

All of a sudden he's in front of me looking straight into my eyes, and his are back to 'normal' if you will.

"Pardon me miss... could I use your cell phone?" He says looking straight into my soul.

"Sure." I say, giving it over to him.

Wait a minute, hold up. No! Why would I want to give my phone to an unusual man whose eyes glow and names a phone 'cell phone.'

Those words just came out of my mouth without me even thinking about it, like he's controlling what I'm saying.

Omg it's legit satan.

He unlocks my phone and starts typing, but I can't see if he's messaging someone, I don't know what he's doing.

He hands me back my phone and without saying a word he walks off.

"You're welcome." I whisper to my self incase he hears and comes back to use me for a ritual.

I unlock my phone and look at my messages to find out if he typed in his number.. Perhaps he was hitting on me.

Ew no.

I discover that he messaged someone, but before I could read it, I was pulled into a car and a bag was put over my head.

While my eyes were wide with shock under the bag I saw the same glowing red eyes shine through the fabric and again I was hypnotized.

The mysterious voice said, "sleep."

And like that, I was out like a light.
-------------------

I awaken to the sound of logs crackling in a fire. When I open my eyes all I see is shadows, but I can tell that who's ever room I'm in their favorite colors red.

When my eyes focus and I have my twenty- twenty vision back, I can see that I'm in an office, a mans office. Because there's a man in the chair facing me.

He's sitting behind a large dark brown desk that has gold embroidery on it. The source of my sweating is the massive fireplace that is in the wall behind his desk and it's monumental. He must be a very rich man.

I try and move, but my hands are bound behind my chair. Great! I knew I was going to be kidnapped!

The man is too focused on his laptop to even notice that his victim is awake, so i'll describe his looks.

He has dark hair that perfectly swoops up. He has scratches on the side of his face.. There must be a story there, or maybe he simply has a violent cat, and if that's the case I want to meet it.

But otherwise to sum him up in one word.

Yum.

He looks up and I try and pretend I wasn't drooling at him.

"Flora.. Right?" He says with a very sexy voice.

"Uhh.. Yeah." I saw with no confidence at all.

He looks me up and down and sighs.

Excuse me? What a ho-

"You were the one who attacked Kyle Summers, right?" I gulp.

How the hell does he know that? Should I just lie? No, if he knows this he must know that it was definitely me, or was he a cop?

"You know cops aren't supposed to kidnap people." I say with a raised eyebrow, waiting for him to realize he's been caught red handed.

But he just continues staring into my eyes.

"I'm not a cop. And you should be thankful I'm not."

He gets up and walks towards me and leans his toned butt on the desk, he's now closer to me and I'm a little intimidated.

"I stole the police records when Kyle filed a complaint. They obviously didn't go through with it because it says.." he reaches behind his desk and opens the police documents.

"Kyles attacker hit him with a hard object, but the attack didn't touch the object." He went on.

"We came to an agreement that Kyle was intoxicated by drugs or alcohol and he just passed out." He said and closed the document and set it on his lap.

He looks up at me waiting a response, but I have my eyes glued to the floor, I hate being reminded of what I did.

"Flora.. How did you move the plant?" He sits there waiting a response.

"I don't know." I say keeping my eyes down.

"Flora.. The plant? How did it move?" He articulated in a more stern voice, he wanted to get to the point... but what was his point?

"Why? Whatever I tell you you won't believe me." I say looking straight into his eyes showing him that I'm not frightened of him.

His jaw tightens and he's getting frustrated, but I don't care.

"What are you?" He said like I know the answer, and he knew it as well.

"Human? A girl?.. What do you mean?" I say, my voice strained.

He gets close to my face, very close.

"You're not human sweetheart... and we're going to get to the bottom of it."
