I glance up to my adopted father, Loki. They say he is evil, but why would he take me from the horrible Earth orphanage where I lived my entire life? I think Thor is just jealous that Loki has more of a heart than him.

"Bella? Can you come inside please?" Loki asked quietly from inside the house.

"Okay, I will be right there." I say turning to go inside. I glance at the house that we are going to be living in. It's a house made of glass so you see everything. The two stories show me what I have to live for now.

I don't know if he is going to be the best father, but I have a feeling he is going to try his hardest. I walk towards the front door and place my hand on the handle. I could run away, I thought. But he seemed so happy when he found out he was my new family. I turned the knob and walked in.

"Bella, you do realize I am an Asgardian prince right?"

"I concluded that."

"I am going to go to Asgard and ask Father to allow you into my word. You will be alone for a few days, but I will send a person I trust to watch you while I am away."

"But-"

"No, Isabella. You are in my care. I will send who I want to watch you, and you will not say anything about it."

"Yes, sir." I mutter.

"Good. I will be leaving tomorrow afternoon." I nod. "You will find all you need in the upstairs part of the house." I took this as a dismissal and turned around and walked through the living room to the stairs. As I climbed, I thought about him leaving and talking to his father. I hope I get the clearance to go to Asgard. The more I thought about Loki, the more I realized that I am technically also a princess. When I am almost to the top of the stairs, I see a bit of a pink fuzzy carpet peeking out. Oh gosh, he went all out, I thought. When I reached my room there was pink and zebra print all over the place.

"Oh, by the way! Get ready for school. I am registering you tomorrow before I leave." Loki called from the bottom if the stairs.

"Okay!" I called back. "Thank you for the room, Loki."

"Your welcome! And whenever your ready you can call me Father."

"Okay."

I run to to my canopy bed, covered in zebra print blankets, and jump onto it. As I laid there, I glanced around the room. It had a bunch of posters with the names One Direction, Justin Bieber, Austin Mahone, and other teen singers. I never heard of any of them. The only music aloud in the orphanage was opera and classical. I don't see any dresser to take out my clothes for tomorrow. Glancing around some more, I see two sets of double doors. I go to the set of doors closest to my bed. Opening the doors, I see a large walk-in closet. The clothes are on hangers. Sweaters first, then long sleeve shirts, followed by t-shirts, tank-tops, then jeans, along with leggings, and last shorts. Above the clothes are shoes and in the middle is accessories. The entire closet is organized by color. I chose an off yellow over sized sweater, a black tank top, multi-colored leggings, a dark purple scarf, fake nerdy glasses, and black Uggs.

Grabbing my clothes, I walked into the next set of doors right into a bathroom connected to another room. I set my clothes down on the sink side and ventured to the other room.

The other room turned out to be a mini tv room and a mini kitchen stuffed with fresh food.

I feel tired, especially after the day I have had, so I head back through the bathroom and crawl under my sheets.

Good night, I thought.
