Sixteen-year-old Lacey Lawless wants to die. The bullying has gone on for too long, and it's getting harder to hide the bruises she receives from the abuse at home. Living doesn't seem worth it anymore, and breathing feels like a chore. When Alex, the mysterious new boy, starts taking an interest in Lacey, will she see that life is worth living? Or will she end it all without a second thought?

This is my first story that I wrote many years ago, so there will be grammatical errors, spelling errors, plot holes and just plain cringy-ness. But, nevertheless, I hope you enjoy it.
