Nice Seeing You Again

The Hallway

Emily POV:

I heard footsteps coming towards me. I looked up shaking and saw Eric. "Hey Em, listen, I'm really sorry of leaving, I just didn't feel like I belonged in Erudite. And I'm sorry." He sat down next to me and hugged me.

I slowly got tired as Eric held me close. "I missed you Emmy." Eric murmured softly in my ear. "I missed you to, git." I said. He laughed lightly and pulled me up as he stood up. I'm still way shorter than him. "How are you so tall?" I asked him, like I always do. "Just am Em." He said. I staggered a bit. My legs are now asleep from sitting down for so long. Eric caught me. We are just 2 inches apart. Slowly, we leaned in. Our lips met. I grabbed his shirt deepening the kiss.

This has happened many times before. After we parted for air, he said, "I love you Em."

"I love you to Eric Coulter." And our lips met again
