Chapter 5

I woke up late this morning as I was really stressed out with yesterday's happenings.

After having a good bath I came downstairs.

I saw my father busy on some call.After it's end he turned and that was when I noticed his red shot eyes.

I guess the phone call had some bad news for him.

Papa-anju anju
He called my mom and she as always came fidgeting with her pallu.

Anju- ji

Papa-dekh rhi hu logon k jagah jagah se call aa rhe h aur meri beizzati ho rhi h .Sirf tumhari iss gudiyan ki galati k chakkar mein

He was really very angry
Anju- ji woh galati ho gyi isse yeh ab se nhi kregi

Papa-ab se ! Ab se toh woh waise bhi nhi kregi kyunki woh ab yahan rhegi kahan.Iski shaadi tey krdi h meine woh bhi shekhawat ji k ladke se .Bahut amir khandaan se hai woh baap billionaire aur maa bhi billionaire .Humhe bahut fayda hoga unse rishtedari krne mein aur yeh Jo tumhari beti ki akar h Na sab chali jayengi sasural k chaar dande padenge toh.

He said and I was rooted at my place .I mean marriage that was never in my plan .After seeing all those cruel men I can't tolerate someone who will torture me physically and mentally with all his rights.

I was just lost in my thoughts when my mom's words broke my trance.

Anju- ji magar humhari sanyu shaadi k liye khafi choti nhi h Mera MATLAB uski umar hi kitni h ?

She was speaking when my father stopped her in mid with his roar.

Papa-bas ab m kuch nhi Sunna chahta woh log aaj shaam ko aa rhe h aur m koi drama nhi chahta tum isko taiyaar kr DeNa.

He said and was leaving when I stopped him .
I - papa mujhe abhi shaadi nhi krni mujhe abhi padhna h

He turned and said- ohh toh tu ab mujhe btayegi ki m Kya karu ?

Sunn m kuch nhi Sunna chahta woh log aa rhe h aur main tujhe taiyaar dekhna chahta hu aur waise bhi woh log bahut amir h main unhe mana nhi kr skta.

He said and left .
I was very sad and so I went to my room and started crying.

After few minutes my mom came their and started carressing my head.

Anju- beta dekh kabhi na kabhi toh tujhe yeh krna hi padega toh Kya farak padhta h ki tu abhi shaadi kr le.

I turned and adjusted my head on her laps .
I - magar maa mujhe abhi shaadi nhi krni infact abhi kya kabhi nhi krni
Anju-beta yeh Kya keh rhi h shaadi toh sab ladkiyon ko krna hota h yeh toh inke jeevan ka ek hissa h Jo adhura reh jaaye toh fir uss par sawaal uthte h
I - aur iss liye main shaadi kr lun taki apka yeh so called samaj mujh par ungli na utthaye and most important main shaadi krke Kya karungi aur apke tarah apne pati k torture ko sahungi mentally bhi aur physically bhi aur phir ek saal baad iss so called samaj k liye uske family ko good news deni padegi Jiske liye hum paida hote h right unke Bacche paida krke uske diaper and all change krne k liye . Jaise humhari toh koi life hi nhi h .

I told the bitter truth of the society which thinks that we girls are born just for giving birth to babies.

Anju- beta bas main aur Kuch nhi sunna chahti woh log aa rhe h aur tujhe taiyaar rehna h .

She said and adjusted my head on pillow and left leaving behind a poor soul who was going to enter the worst phase of her life.

Well lil did she know that it's gonna be the best phase of her life.
