"Ah Onika mi suh proud of yuh gyal" jasmine says as I hugged her. The award ceremony had just ended a few hours ago so I'm now home. My family was throwing me a big dinner where all of my cousins, aunts, and uncles were coming over with their dishes and deserts. "Onika yuh doing a video blog of yuh dinna party baby" my mother says as I shrugged. "Sure" I say grabbing jasmines hand pulling her upstairs with me to my room.

"Onika yuh kno Jeremy coming right" she says as my eyes grew. Jeremy was one of my ex boyfriends and yes I said one of because I dated someone before him. We broke up last year due to an argument of him getting someone pregnant behind my back while we were together. Told him I wasn't ready for SEX and his ass went and got some else where. "Wait wah why? Who invite fi him ass" I ask as she showed me a status on Facebook.

Jeremy always been supportive of me in everything I do and constantly tells me how he regrets doing what he did but I just wasn't with all of the baby momma drama. Reading a status I saw a few of my childhood friends who said they were coming talking in the comments and sure enough there he was saying that he was coming. Lord knows these one of those nights where I don't want to be bothered with his ass but I'll let my daddy handle him once he shows up.

Jasmines phone started ringing as she ran out the room to answer it. Looking at her confused I shook my head grabbing my video camera and stand. "Ugh mi cud really use sum HELP jasmine" I say aloud as she peeped her head around the corner cheesing. Hearing her end the call she came back in my room taking my things from me placing them on the bed. "Yuh coming wid mi" she says grabbing my hand pulling me behind her as I stood still making us stop and her almost fall.

"Weh wi yuh taking mi" I ask as she sighed rolling her eyes smiling. "Ugh to pick up mi bredren from di airport" ugh to pick up my friend from the airport she says as I looked at her confused. "Wah bredren jasmine" I ask as we got to the end of the stairs. "Di one mi did telling yuh bout laas week" the one I telling you about last week she says as I sighed because I don't remember her speaking on this topic of a friend at all.

"Mi nuh memba" I say telling her I don't remember as she sighed pulling me outside grabbing her keys from her back pocket. "Just stop yuh noise an cum wid mi" she says telling me to shut up and come with her as I sighed getting inside her car. She kept smiling the whole ride to the airport which took about thirty minutes to get there making me annoyed because my dinner party started soon and I was hungry as fuck.

As I would fix my mouth up to say something she'd shush me so I kept quiet as we soon arrived. "Get out" she says as I mugged her watching her get out as I took my precious time. "Onika hurry up" she says as I shut the door staring at her like damn she must can't wait to see this here friend she claims her ass told me about last week when she know her lil ole lying ass didn't say such a damn thing.

"Nuh rush mi hore mi coming" don't rush me hoe I'm coming, I say as she rolled her eyes walking ahead of me inside. "Suh wah yuh bredren name" so what's your friend name I ask as she shrugged. "Shhhhhh" she says as I stopped in my tracks because I can just turn around and catch a ride back home fuck her and this damn friend I know nothing about. "Stop actin out hore an cum pon" stop acting out and come on, she says as I sighed catching up to her.

We walked through the hectic crowd as she stopped looking around. "Mi a guh sidung ova there an yuh cum get mi wen yuh find yuh bredren" imma go sit down over there and you come get me when you find your friend I say as she nodded. Sitting down I began to shiver due to the airport being cool on the inside. I only had on a black crop top with high waisted blue jean shorts and my black sandals along with my hair being still curled down my back from the awards ceremony.

Yes it was hot outside, well warm now due to the sun being down but cool as fuck in here that I wished jasmine and her little friend would hurry the fuck up so we could get back. Pulling my phone out I told my mom where we was because I know they prolly looking around for us. Looking up from my phone after sending the text I saw jasmine walking over to me. "Weh yuh bredren" where your friend I asked as she turned around pointing. I didn't see nobody at first but then she started smiling as my eyes grew.
