Chapter 5 {Deep Down}

Doctor's P.O.V

"Oh god! Scarlet! Sweetie! Please! Wake up!" I put my hands on her cheeks and gently lifted her head. Both of her hearts were still beating normally and she was breathing. "Scarlet, come on. Wake up.....wake up for me..." I put my head against hers. I rubbed her cheeks gently with my thumbs.

"Well, well, well.  Look at that. He's worried." I heard a women's voice from behind me say. I turned around and saw a women with two young girls. When I say young, I mean like six tops.

"Who the hell are you?! What did you do to Scarlet?!" I snapped.

"Me? I did nothing dear Doctor. It is you who has made a mistake." She acted hurt by my words.

"W-what? I would never ever think of harming her." I glared at her.

"That is not what I said you idiotic man!" She snapped.

"Fine! What did you mean?!" I yelled. I must have been louder then I thought. The two girls coward.

"If you would really have known the past this women has on her head would you have really married the scum?" She looked at Scarlet. I didn't know what to say. "Fiona, by the way. Her step mom." I glanced at the two girls. "Oh, them?" Fiona looked at the girls who were staring at the floor. "Ellie, and June. Twins and Scarlet's baby sisters."

"She..what? Why are you here? What's going on?" I was lost and confused. Scarlet was stirring. I ran over to her and held her.

"We came to check in on her! The girls didn't get to come to the wedding! But I'm sure it was nice! We got the pictures Scarlet sent..." She smirked. "You weren't supposed to know that." I tried to ignore her words. "She had an asthma attack, by the way."

"Leave...." Scarlet opened her eyes a little. The women smirked.

"The girls are staying for a visit. I said so." Fiona then disappeared.

"M-mommy?" June stepped forward looking at Scarlet who was sitting up now.
