Demigods at Hogwarts

London

Percy's POV

When we got to the airport, Argus gave us some money for all of us. One flight to London, one flight back. And some for exchange for wizard money.

Once we got on our flight, Nico and I didn't let go of the seat handles, until the plane came done in London.

Annabeth and I took seats behind Nico and Thalia, absolutely dreading the 10 hour flight to London.

Thalia and Nico were sat next to some guy, and I swear I almost saw Nico blush a little bit. Thalia was definitely making fun of him for it, and actively avoiding the other guys gaze. 

Anyway, once we landed and got our bags, we headed off to the "Leaky Cauldron"... what the hell is the leaky cauldron? I thought as Annabeth explained where we're going.

Thalia, surprisingly, hailed a taxi, and got in. She snapped her fingers and said, "You don't need any money from us. We don't have any money."
And surprisingly, the guy answered, "Yes... I don't need any money. You don't have any money."

Thalia needs to teach me that trick one day.

Once we got to the 'Leaky Cauldron', we set put things down in our rooms. Annabeth and Thalia are sharing a room, and Nico and I get the room right next to it. It was conjoined so I really didn't mind either way. 

We went down to the bar part of the place, and got to Diagon ally, whatever that place is.

First, we went to Gringotts bank.

We went inside, and saw a lot of what I'm pretty sure were goblins, in this huge bank.

We went up to the head goblin, or at least I think it was, and Annabeth gave him the letter that Chiron game her.

He opened it, read it quickly, and set it on fire.

We headed to the head office, and exchanged most of our money, for wizard ing money.

Galleons, Sickles, and Knuts. They are awesome.

Next, we went to Ollivanders, to get our wands.

Annabeth was the first to get her wand. When she tried her first wand, all of the books in the store went swooping towards her. She dropped the wand instantly, and the books fell on the floor.
The next wand she tried, the books flew back into place, but this time, in alphabetical order.
The owner, obviously Ollivander, said, "Ahhh yes... the perfect wand, for the brightest girl. 10 inches, owl feather."

I went next, and the first wand I tried, all the glass shattered.
The next wand I tried, I made all the glass go back into place, and the whole store was bathed in a turquoise light.
"11 and a half inches, hippocampus tail-feather."

Thalia went next, and the first wand she tried, she almost blew the store up. Ollivander's hair was sticking up at odd places, and was charred in a couple of areas.
Her next wand she tried, Ollivander got his store all fixed up. Although, his hairs still sticking up at random places.
"9 and a half inches, pure electricity."

Nico went last, and his first wand made a blackout.
His next wand was much better. He didn't blow up the store, like Thalia, almost did, but he did fix the blackout.
"10 and a half inches, obsidian core."

Next, we all went to get ice cream! Nico lead us straight to an ice cream shop.

After ice cream, we headed to this robe shop. I bet Annabeth could tell you exactly what the name is, who made it, etc..

When we walked into the place, Nico was pulled into a pedestal, by a plump lady with a British accent. She kept saying things like, 'don't move!' or, 'my, my, aren't you a skinny boy!'

We all started laughing, until I realized she was about to pull me up.

Nico had his robes in his hands, as he gave them to Thalia, and he pushed me up.

She started pinning up clothe on me, and pricked me with a needle a few times.

I saw this pale kid with blonde hair, starring at Annabeth, as she admired all the architecture. I gritted my teeth, and called annabeth over to me.

She said, "Yes, Seaweed Brain?"
"Just wanted to say I love you!" I said cheerfully. I kissed her cheek, and saw the annoyed look on the boys face. I smirked, and mentally high fived myself.

"Your such a numbskull." I heard Thalia say to me.
"Hey!" I protested, as she started smiling at me, before she pulled onto the pedestal.

I saw the look she gave Nico. It was clearly a look that said, 'SAVE ME NOW!'

Annabeth, Nico and I laughed at her face.

Once Annabeth was done with her robes, we set off to find the books.

We got to the odd looking store, and went inside.

Inside was probably the most amazing set of wizard books ever made.

We checked our list, and tarted to get all our books.

I got sidetracked at the back of the store, where all the Dark Arts (DA if I ever use it more) books.

All of the books looked so old. I was about to pick up the oldest looking one, with the cover and spine of the book cracked and brittle before Annabeth called me.

They all got their books, and were ready to leave...
