Getting There

Percy's POV

"Ok, I'm coming!" I told Annabeth. We paid for our books, and got back to the Leaky Cauldron.

We were really hungry,so we ordered some food, and had a little nap time session.

Nico and I slept for a couple hours, while Annabeth and Thalia were playing a game.

We were all in Annabeths and my room, so it was kinda hard to sleep for a while. Until I actually fell asleep that is.




Annabeths POV

Percy and Nico slept, while Thalia and I played wizard chess. We still couldn't figure put how the pieces moved on their own!

Once the food came, I woke Percy up, and Thalia woke Nico up, seeing as I didn't want to deal with a cranky Nico.

Percy shot up like a bullet and said, "Five more minutes mom!" I laughed and brought him some food. He wolfed it down, and went right back to bed.

I continued packing, seeing as school started tomorrow. Well, we had to be on the train tomorrow.

Half my suitcase was packed with books, because I'm dyslexic, and can't read any English books. I know that there's a big library there, but I don't think even half of that is Greek.

"Seaweed Brain!!! Wake Up!!!" I shouted to my snoring boyfriend. It was already 10, and the train leaves at 11. We couldn't afford to be late.

He shot up quickly, and put on a shirt and a pair of pants.

I quickly went next door and knocked on Thalia's door.

I heard a muffled answer, which I thought was come in, and opened the door.

They were shuffling quickly around the room, looking for anything that might of forgot. I held our my checklist, and looked for anything I was missing:

Wand✔️
Books✔️
Robes✔️
Trunk✔️
Money(Greek/wizarding/mortal)✔️
Ticket✔️
BOYFRIEND✔️

I smiled at myself for remembering everything.
"Do we have everything Seaweed Brain?" I yelled to Percy.
"I think so..." he said back to me, rubbing behind his neck.
"Good!" I said with a smile.
"Guys, it's already 10:20, we might be late!" Nico told us.

"It takes about, 7 minutes to get there, so we will get there at about 10:30, and 10 minutes to board the train, so we will have plenty time." I said, running the calculations over in my head.
"Ok," Nico said, "but we better not be late!"

Percy's POV

Once we got to the train station, Annabeth got us to platform 9 and 10.
"Where's platform 9 3/4?" Thalia asked.
"I don't know! lemme ask!" I ran up to a big family, with trollies like us, and asked them how you get to platform 9 3/4.
"Well, you just run straight though the wall there!" the plump red haired lady said. "Look darling, Harry will show you!"
She gestured to a skinny boy, with black hair, and green eyes like mine.

Next to him stood a tall boy, about as tall as me, with red hair, like the plump lady.

There were about 4 of them, and only one of them was a girl.

There was another girl too. She had brown fuzzy hair, and was carried a lot of books in her arms, like Annabeth.

"Hey! I'm Ron Weasley, this is Hermione Granger, this is Ginny, my sister, and this is Harry Potter! I'm surprised you don't know him already..." he mumbled the last part.

Hermione, the girl, swatted his arm and said, "That's no way to talk to other people Ronald! Say sorry!" she said. They all had British accents. I swear, if I has a British accent, I'd never shut up.  

"Anyway, do you 4 need help getting to platform 9 3/4? I can help. You jut ran straight though the wall there." Harry said, indicating at the wall. He then pushed his trolley, and himself, through the wall.

We were all so stunned, but quickly got over our shock. Nico went next, then me, Thalia, and Annabeth. We met all of the rest of the Weasley family on the Hogwarts Express platform.

We get inside the train to find open compartments, but Ron and Hermione left a while after to go to the Prefects carriage.

Harry, Ginny, and the rest of us found a compartment with a girl, with long, blonde hair, up to her waist, and was holding a magazine called the 'Quibbler', upside down.

"Hello..." she said in a dreamy voice.
"Hello Luna!" Ginny said.
"Ugh, do we have to sit with loony Luna?!" Harry said.
"Harry, stop!" Ginny said in a sort of whisper. She then looked back at Lina and smiled.
"I'm sorry Luna! Harry just being a bit, annoying, right now." She gritted her teeth at, 'annoying'.

"Oh it's ok..." she said in her dreamy voice. She went back under her magazine.

Soon after, a lady pushing a trolley with all types of wizard food on it stopped by out door, and offered us some food. All of us offered up our money, because we barely ate anything for breakfast.

Once we got off the train, it was pretty much dark.

We saw a bunch of carriages pull up, with a bundle of skeleton horses at the front.

All of us looked at the horses, confused, because nobody else seemed to pay any attention to them.

Luna came up to us and said, "Don't worry... you're just as sane as I am!" in her dreamy voice.
