Tom clutched the ten-page scrapbook that he held in his hands as he walked up the hill. The tears were burning in his eyes as he took around and looked at the others who were sobbing as well. It was his fault that they were crying, and he knew it. His eye flinched in pain where his best friends brother punched him in the eye.
His eyes landed on the casket that held his best friend. It was a funny looking casket that was baby blue with white polka dots all over it with daisy's wrapped around it. She wanted that and he gave it to her, kind of like a last wish type of thing. People made their way up to her sobbing and saying goodbye.
Tom was the last one who was able to say goodbye. He pressed a kiss to the scrapbook before placing it on his best friends chest as his tears fell onto her. He moved her arms so she was cltuching onto it before he finally broke down falling to his knees.
"I'm so sorry Abby, I am so sorry."
Abby Marie Carpenter killed herself on November 19th 2015. No one knows why, the only thing they found left in her room was a photo of her and her best friend, Tom Holland.
