Marinette sighed and dragged her suitcase down the stairs. "Where are you going sweetheart?" Her mom asked.

"To stay with Alya for a few days." She plastered a fake smile.

"Okay dear. Have fun," She went back to making dinner. 

"I love you Mama," Marinette called, going to the bakery.

"I love you too dear," She replied.

She walked down the street until she reached the bus stop. A few moments passed and the bus appeared in front of her. "Where to miss?" The driver asked as she boarded.

"The farthest place possible," she handed him the money, and went to the back of the bus.

Marinette looked out the window to see a horrified Chat watching from afar. 

"Marinette, you can't leave. Paris needs Ladybug!" Tikki whispered. 

"Don't worry Tikki. I'll be back in nine months," A tear rolled down her cheek.

"Nine - Marinette! Who's the father?" Tikki's eyes were full of shock. 

She pointed at Chat who was chasing after the moving bus. 

"Marinette. What are you gonna do?" Tikki feared the answer.

"Have the baby and give it up for adoption and pray no one finds out. Especially not Chat," She cried as she saw him stop and watch her leave.
