Chapter V - Day I: Part IV

By the time I finished house one, I went on to house thirteen, since the other men finished the rest. 

I barged in, and saw the guy just standing there. I checked the list; Silver was his name. My co-worker and I grabbed him, brought him to the truck, and gave him (*DATE NOT FOUND*). He didn't resist though, despite him looking like he could take both of us out easily, if it wasn't for the fact we had guns in our hands. 

After everyone was poisoned, Commander gave a speech. 

"Hello, fuck-tards! I'm (*DATA NOT FOUND*), and i'm here to give you all a little somethin'! Well, shit! I already did!" His laugh was always obnoxious, "Anyways, heres the deal. That poison, was actually power! That's right fuckers, each one of you just got a special power! You can thank me later!"

"How do we know what power we have? You can't do this to us!" Mr. Zook screamed out. Silly man, he's gonna get himself killed, him thinking he has the upper hand around here. 

"Don't worry, you'll know eventually." Commander have a flick of his hand, and looked like he was getting to the fun part. "Let's play a game!" He threw his hands up in the air, with a huge smile on his face. "Here are the rules... Each power is influenced by the team you are in; your either a Townie, Mafia or Salem. I suggest you work with your group, except Salem, your the loners that sit next to the fuckin' weird kids during lunch."

"Who are our teammates?" Again, from Mr. Zook, trying to act innocent. 

"Only the Mafia will who their teammates are, other than that, your fucked! So it's your job to work with your group, and find out. Town has to kill Mafia, Mafia have to kill Town, and Salem have to be last one standing. Like I said, they got no team, maybe use them to your advantage. Oh ye, one more minor detail I forgot to mention. You gotta kill your enemy."

"Do you really expect us to really kill each other?"
"Yes, I really fucking do. You wanna know why? Because if you don't your gonna die instead." And at that, I gave Commander the nose to place in the middle of town. 
"Use this Town," I blurted out, "you will need it."

We grabbed our cars and drove off the way we came. But I stayed behind for a final word. "I guess your wondering who the members are..." I grab the list, and tear off the names. Now it's just a list of the powers in the town. I drop the piece of paper under the nose, and walk off with the final words lingering in their ears... 

"Good Luck..."
