2 yogurt/buttermilk
1 bawang holland (slice besar besar)Gaul semua bahan dan perap dalam peti ais dalam sejam atau lebih lama.
Ai tak perap lelama pun, tak sempat. So terus grill guna magic pan. Untuk dapat efek chard tu. Dah ada kesan chard kiri kanan atas bawah ayam.
Kemudian masukkan ayam tadi dalam oven 200C selama 30-40 minit.
