You Were My All

Jack's POV

There she is. Laying on the hospital bed her breathes getting slower every time.

"Mommy, I got a star today in class." Our 6 year old son, Elijah said.

"That's good. Can you keep doing that for mommy even when she's gone?" Elsa's voice croaked

"Of course Mommy." Elijah said giving her his famous toothy smile.

"Jack." She called out to me. I looked up at her as tears threatened to fall out my eyes.

"Yes, Snowflake?"

"Can I hold the twins?" She said giving me a weak smile.

"Sure." I gave her our 2 year old twins, Zach and Elisa.

Zach had his fist in his mouth as Elisa put her tiny hand on Elsa's cheek.

"I'm sorry I had to leave you so early." She says as she has tears in her eyes.

"Mommy, don't cry." Elijah said as he climbed in my lap and wiped his mother's tears.

Then, the door opened to Anna, Kristoff, and the others with their kids.

"Cousin Tristan and Annie." Elijah said and got off my lap to go hug his cousins.

"Cousin Elijah."

"Elsa." Anna said as she sat on the other side of Elsa.

"Anna." Elsa said as she gave the twins back to me.

"Everyone I'm glad I got to see you before I go."

I set the twins in their stroller as tears start streaming down from my eyes.

Elsa looks at me and she touches my cheek. She uses her thumb to wipe my tears away.

"Merida and Hiccup could you take the kids outside the room?" Anna asked as Merida and Hiccup took the kids out the room.

"Please don't go." I pleaded as my tears started following out like a waterfall.

"I'm sorry I hung on as long as I could. I wish I could have held on a little longer." Elsa said as she had her own tears coming out her eyes.

Elsa looked at Anna as Anna held her hand. Anna had tears streaming down her face.

"Elsa, you're the only part of my family left." Anna said as Elsa kissed her forehead.

"Anna, can you still be that optimistic girl that loves chocolate for me?" Elsa asked weakly smiling.

"Yes." Anna said as Kristoff came over to Anna to hugged her as she cried in his chest.

"Punzie, make sure everyone stays hopeful please?" Punzie nodded while crying.

"Eugene take care of her please?" He nodded as he comforted Punzie.

"Can somebody bring Merida and Hiccup in here?" Eugene and Punzie walked out as Merida and Hiccup walked in.

"Merida and Hiccup could you please hold the group together while I'm gone?" Merida and Hiccup nodded as they both held hands and let a few tears shed from their eyes.

"Thank you." They stepped out along with Anna and Kristoff.

Elsa looked at me with a weak smile. Elsa ran her fingers threw my hair and she caressed my face.

"Jack." She said and I looked at her.

"Please stay strong for our kids."

"I don't know how I can do that without you?" I said as more tears fell from my eyes.
