"What did you just say to me!?" The girl demanded with fire in her eyes.

The boy refused to say anything else as he glared at her from behind the counter. The shop with all the delicate trinkets made it easy for Raine to break everything if the boy said the wrong thing.

When he didn't respond, the girl continued to speak.

"You do realize Hades is the enemy. You have to at least tell me you see it that way." She said, almost pleading him to agree with her.

But his silence said more than his words ever could.

Raine knew she had her answer. And she knew she wasn't going to like it since the moment she even asked it.

Instead of throwing a tantrum like Peter Pan expected her to, Raine just grabbed her coat and purse and walked out of the shop as fast as she possibly could.

Peter Pan watched silently as she left his sight.

He knew he wouldn't get to call her his own for a long, long time. And he knew it would pain him forever.

But he knew he had eternity to mourn;

Because when you're dead, time doesn't matter anymore.

Coming Soon.
