Everyone came to the den and sat down.
"Now, what are your names?" Adaam asked Orion's parents.
"My name is Felix, and this is my lovely wife, Arrietty." Orion's father answered.
"It's a pleasure to meet you both." Adaam replied with a smile.
"If it's alright with you, I would like to talk about something rather serious." Adaam asked.
"Yes. What is it?" Said Arrietty.
"I'd like to use Orion and Auriga for a project I've been working on. You are the only family remaining that does not have a mutation. I call it Project Eden. They will go into space to a planet that is sustainable for human life and start over again. The human race that is." Adaam said.
Orion thought the idea was great, but Auriga was his best friend. Ever since her parents died, she had come to live with him. He'd hate to mess up this almost perfect friendship.
"I believe that is entirely up to them Adaam. However, I will be deeply saddened if they choose to go." Felix said with a tinge of sorrow.
"We would set up a communication system which will enable you to see each other whenever you'd like." Said Teddy.
Auriga was shocked. There was a brief moment of silence before she blurted, "YES. I will go!"
Everyone jumped.
"Are you sure?" Orion asked. "Absolutely." She replied.
"Then it is set. We shall arrange transportation for you to The Capityl by tomorrow." Adaam said as he stood up.
"You and your family will stay at the finest Inn and dine with us until it is time to depart." Teddy informed.
"Okay. Kids, Pack your bags, it seems we are going to the Capityl." Felix said in a monotone voice.
