To whom it may concern,
My name is Jersey, Jersey Taylors and although I may not be one of the brightest 17 year-olds to walk the earth I have decided - using legitimate research and studying - that the world is going to end.
Maybe not today, or tomorrow but on a date I have yet to figure out. I don't know exactly how the world will end, tsunami, earthquake - maybe, or maybe the world will just end, just like that.
No warning signs, no nothing.
One part of the world might just go black, it starts to eat away the other countries, oceans, until everything we knew the world as will be consumed by darkness and death.
After 17 years of school and lectures I have finally realized that there will always be more questions buried inside a big question, a big theory. There will always be facts you've missed, things that prove you wrong, incorrect answers and questions without answers. I have finally realized that maybe I'm always wrong.
Frankly I don't believe that many people will read what I have written here, I don't believe many people will read what I have written here but I do believe that some day someone will find this and they will read it knowing that what I have said is true.
This person may have no idea who I am, this person may be generations in front of me. But this person will read what I have to say because I've posted it on the internet . And once you press 'post' it is there to stay.
I've never been good at conclusion or goodbyes for that matter, but I do know what I believe in and I do know that I will be the one to predict 'the end', I will be the person who for once in there life will be right and every single person will know it.
My name is Jersey and whether someone reads this or not I am right, the world is ending and whether people are ready to let go or not it is coming. I'm not afraid of what the future holds, I am not afraid of dying because I don't have anything to live for.
So you better prepare yourselves.

Three Months Later
"Jersey, have you ever wondered how much more you would learn in class if you actually stayed awake for the whole lesson?" Mrs Manson asks leaning casually over her desk, her legs folded, eyes front. She stares at me, those big, bulging, green eyes blink every time I look down.
"Sorry Mrs-"
"No, I don't want an apology - I want an answer," She snapped, her violet boots hitting the marble tiles, she blinked once more and launched herself towards my table.
Whispers and laughter erupted, half of people's conversations echoing of the walls. "I-I um...No Mrs Manson, I haven't wondered that exact question,"
"Well obviously, she's too busy planning 'the end' and ruining our moods with her insane theories," It was Lacy Fabray's voice that interrupted next, I turned my head slightly towards her. She was crouched over her table whispering to Adrian Welsh, her blonde ringlets fell over her eyes, those vibrant green eyes.
Lacy was known for two things, her incredible looks - all blonde hair, green eyes and clear beautiful skin - and the brain she used only for her witty comebacks and making decision she found as complex, like: Hair up? Or hair down? Pink mini skirt? Or navy blue jeans?
"Lacy, am I talking to you?" Manson asked, glaring into the rows of acne invested teenagers.
"Are you talking to everyone else whose whispering and sharing their opinions with those around them?" Lacy grinned, her face glowing rosy pink. Lacy Fabray wasn't embarrassed often, certainly not in this situation.
Manson glared harder at her but kept her mouth shut and turned back to the white board, I watched the curves of her letters as she wrote. She muttered out words as she wrote, the ink of her black marker forming on the tips of her pale fingers.
Lacy laughed quietly to herself before turning back to Adrian with a smile and raised eyebrows. "And that is how you get a bitchy teacher off ya back,"
I watched her lips curve upwards, her lips started to move again. Then Adrian smiled too.
"Jersey, pay attention, or I'll send you to the principal's office," Manson snapped, her eyes still facing the board. I felt the glare of student's eyes drilling into my back but I stared forward and pulled the rope tighter around my beating heart.
