Ridiculous (Draco x Reader)

Chapter 1: Letter and Shopping

Y/n POV

Hey there, My name is Y/n Lovecharm. My father is name Leo Lovecharm and my mother is name Juliet Lovecharm, our family is known as the richest family in the Wizardry world. I just turned 11 years old a couple a months ago, my mother said my letter to hogwarts should be coming soon. My mother was a hufflepuff, while my dad was a Slytherin. We lived next door to the Malfoys. Their son, Draco Lucius Malfoy, a.k.a the little prick who brags about his family, has been best friends with me since we were 2. Our family know each other so thats why we became friends, he can be mean sometimes but he makes the right choice afterwards.

When we were little, Draco would use to pick up worm from the ground and chase me with it. I hated worms, they are too slimy and yuck. But i do like snakes though. One time, Draco was trying to use his fathers wand but failed and burnt a few pieces of his hair. So now he would always fix his hair to make sure no one sees a small bold spot from the burn.

A few weeks later me and Dracos letters came in.

"Dear Miss Lovecharm.
We would like for you to join us here, at hogwarts. The school is filled with magic and wonders, as a first year student you must get your equipments ready.
List:
•3 black plain work ropes
•2 magic history books
•4 magic dictionary books
•3 quills and ink (if you want)
•5 note books (more if necessary)
•1 witch/wizard hat.
•3-5 pairs of uniform (you will get your other clothing items once you are sorted into your house)
•wand! (MUST NEED!)
Now these are the things you can get if you want.
•a pet
•history of wizardry worlds
•Normal clothing.
We can't wait for you to get here, met you on January the 4th.

Wow, that is kinda a lot of things. The part that i can't wait for is..getting a wand! I wonder want core will i get? What wood? What design? And how strong it will be. A wand is the most important part of starting your journey of becoming a the greatest wizard/witch in the whole of WizardryWorlds!!

My mother had picked out a lovely red and white dress for me to wear today, every where we go we have to dress nice. Or else, you will not look like what you actually are, that's what my mother told me. I wore the dress with red flats and i styled my H/l H/c into a beautiful princess like style.

I guess i look pretty cute actually, we met up with the Malfoys at Diagon Alley. Draco was also dressed up, his hair was slicked back with gel and he was wearing a tie, white shirt and black jeans.
The first shop we went to was the book store.

"I will get the books!"
"No i will!"

Me and Draco Started to argue about who is getting the books, this is stupid.

"Lets just go in together."
"Ok.."

I held onto his wrist and we walked into the store together. There were so many books everywhere, different types, colors, texture and words. I did really like reading books, especially the mythical creature ones.

-Time skip-

We have pretty much everything, all we need to get is a wand and a pet. First off, we went to the wand shop.The old man had already gave Draco his one, his wand was a shiny black wand with a dragon heart core. The old man picked the wands for me to try, some of them didn't work on me..some even went out of control! But one worked, i gave it a flick, the glowed a strong light.

"This wand picked you..thats very rare for a wand to pick you. And its very rare for me to give this one to a witch as young as you."

(You hold it from the crystal ball)

"This is an Amethyst wand, made with the core of the amethyst gem. The wand is 11 inches, 1 inch longer than Draco's wand. Your a very lucky girl."

I turned around seeing my parents looking proud and happy. They came up and gave me a warm, i gave the man a goodbye wave before i walked out of the shop.
Now its time to go buy my pet.
We walked into the pet store, Draco said he wants to get an owl, so did i.
An owl caught my eye, it was a beautiful one too.

(Draco's one is the black one and your one is the white one)

"Its like Ying and Yang, Draco is Yang and Y/n is Ying!"

My mother said teasingly at us, we had bought the two owls. On the way back home me and Draco were telling each other our owls names.

"Im going to name my one..Midnight! Because it's feathers are dark!"
"My one is going to be...Snow.Because its white and its elegant like snow."

The conversation continued, we were in the back seat but we were talking SO loud! Our parents gave us the glare of a pure-blood being annoyed. So me and him just shut our mouths and looked at each other in fear of our parents. When we got home, me and Draco started to run around my house. We played Tag and all other sort of games. It was getting dark and Draco had to go back home, luckily the windows of our rooms are opposite each other. Sometimes we would through paper airplanes with a note inside, but today we decided to talk.I ran up to my room and sat by the window and Draco was on the other side. We can hear each other because the distance of our houses weren't to far from each other. In fact i have a gate way to his house.

"Sorry Y/n, i have to sleep."
"It's okay. I have to sleep too, see you tomorrow."
"Sweet dreams my lady."
"Oh shut up..you prick."

I gave him a warm smile and a wave, he did the same. I closed the window and got to sleep, this is like my everyday routine. I talk/write to Draco before i sleep so I won't get lonely, my mother said that when we were 5 we couldn't be apart from each other for more than an hour. Good memories filled my head and a smile formed on my face while i was wrapped in my blankets.
