[RESTART] CHAPTER 5: MOTHER WITHOUT FEATHER
"What's wrong?" Lightning asked Dajh who is still crying.
"I... i lost my... my.. mo...mommy" said Dajh while still sobbing.
'Mother??? Is Sazh wife is alive in this world? I wanna help him but i dont know how her face looks like, Sazh never talk about his wife before' Lightning thought.
"Where's your dad?" Lightning asked him about Sazh.
"His off to work" said Dajh.
"Come, i'll help you find your mother" the pink-haired woman lend Dajh her hand.
"But i dont know you" Dajh doesn't trust her.
"Dont worry im the soldier" Lightning tries to convince him.
"Okay" Dajh took Lightning hand the he stood up from kneeling. They began to search Dajh's mother.
"Where was the last time you saw her?"
"Umm ove-" Dajh words got cut off when he saw his mother in front of him.
"Mommy!" Dajh runs toward his mother let go off Lightning's hand. Lightning walked towards their direction. Lightning looked at Dajh mother, the weird is that Dajh doesn't even resemble with his mother face. Lightning looked at the woman closely.
'Wait... is that.. is that'
Lightning realized that woman in front of her is non-other than a woman who used to be a baby chocobo that used to be apart of them saving the world then turns to half woman and half chocobo because of the time paradox are now a real woman and she a mother to Dajh Katzroy and of course Sazh Katzroy wife.
Lightning is a bit shock she doesn’t expect the baby chocobo who lives in Sazh big afro hair for ages, will be Sazh’s wife.
“Oh honey, where have you been” said Chocolina who is kneeling ready to embrace her son.
“Promise me you’ll never do this again to me” Chocolina hugging her son.
“Thanks to this nice auntie who helped me” Chocolina turned her head up and saw Lightning who put a small smile on her face.
“Thank You so much, I own you a big time” Chocolina stood up but still holding her son then thanks to Lightning while reciprocate the smile.
“It’s nothing really” Lightning is a bit relief when she gets to know that the whole Katzroy made it till the new world, even though they don’t remember anything about the previous world, looks like Lightning the only one who remember about it.

SERAH’S BRITHDAY
[FARRON RESSIDENCE]
Its Serah birthday and Noel decided to throw a birthday surprise party for his fiancé. They gather around and discussed about this 2 days before her birthday. The NORA , Snow , Lightning , Noel and not to forget the Lightning and Serah adoptive parents that is Bartholomew and Nora worked together to make the Birthday Party more happening.
Serah are still at work and Lightning thinks that Serah forgot that today is her birthday when Serah acted normally and don’t even talk about it when they both are having breakfast.
After Serah left to work, Nora and Barthalomew arrived with the birthday cake. After that Snow and Noel arrived at the same time. While they all waiting for the NORA. Lightning helped Nora Estheim settled the food at the kitchen while the guys doing the decoration at the living room and dining room.
“So tell me Noel, when the wedding will take place?” Barthalomew asked Noel a question while moving the couch’s to another place.
“We haven’t decide yet but we will tell you guys” Noel answered Barthalomew question. Then he continues blowing a balloon. He have to blow 30 balloons for the party.
Snow who is climbing the stairs to hanging the sign that said ‘Happy Birthday Serah’ at in front of the big window overheard their conversation.
“If you want to make it easy, just get marry with her on your birthday” Barthalomew give a suggestion to Noel. He just finished moving the couch and now his walking towards Noel who is still strunggle blowing up the balloons.
“Why on my birthday?” Noel looked at Barthalomew with confused look.
“So is hard for you to forget the anivessary” Barthalome and Noel are bursted out laugh that makes Snow almost fall from the stairs. Their laugh can be heard by two of the woman who are working in the kitchen.
“Here comes dad with his another stupid joke” Nora rolled her eyes while frosting the vanilla and strawberry cupcakes that just baked by Lightning. The pink-haired womab who is cutting the watermelon into small pieces felt so weird when Nora said the ‘dad’ words.
“Can’t believe she turns 20 today, It’s just like yesterday, that me and your dad sign the contract promise will taking care both of you until you guys grown up and i can’t believe time has moving so fast that makes me realized that both of you has grown into strong young woman” Nora express her feelings that hidden in her hearts while frosting the cupcakes. Lightning looked at Nora with symphaty then she decided to gave Nora the sweetest smiles are sincere and that she never gave, she understand her feelings even though she never through it. Nora reciprocate the smile then she continues.
“If only my son is still alive”
Lightning eyes widened, is that means that Hope are still their child??? Because Hope last name is Leviantant and not Estheim.
“Your son?” Lightning asked Nora with her soft voice tone.
“I guess we never tell you this but me and Barthalomew used to have son, that time we’re on the vacation and our son is 2 years old that time. Then the earthquake happens and we’re three been separated. After the earthquake your dad found me and we’re tried to find our son but unfortunately we can’t find him and the firefighter said that our son might be in the ground or dead somewhere, it was tough day for us. At first I don’t believe it because they haven’t find the body but I begin to accept it when i never heard a news from anyone about our son” Her eyes swollen from tears that she was resistant than earlier then the tears can hold it back anymore, she cried.
Lightning looked at Nora poorly, she just finished cutting the watermelons so she puts the knife down to wash her hands, after she washed her hands she went to Nora’s back then embrace her. She may not the best person to comforting people but she tries her best with an embrace that she never did to many people. Nora let go off the frosting pipe then put her hands on Lightning’s arm who is hugging her.
The moment ruined when someone rang the doorbell.

Looks like Serah birthday surprise party went well, Serah was really forgot that today is her birthday, she was really surprised when she went back home from the work.
“Thank you guys” Serah thanks to everyone after she blown the candles.

Noel and Serah finally discussed that their wedding day will be held for the next 5 months, everyone is happy for them except Snow and also Lightning who pretending to be happy for them but at the same time she really felt guilty to Snow who was disappointed when gets to know the wedding date.
