Going home

As I'm in the car with my mum lecturing me.. I look out the window and I clench my fist.

"Were you listening to a word I said young lady?" She stares at me as we get to a red light.

"Ugh YES MUM! God sake!" I roll my eyes and I put my head in the palm of my hand and I look out the window.

"How dare you speak to me like that! You're grounded for a week! You have to learn to blah blah blah blah blah..."

It just continues on. And never stops. As we make it home mum forces me into my room to 'think about my decisions'. Hah, yeah right. I'm pissed that she took my phone, but I'm glad she didn't take my laptop because I lied to her telling her I had homework.

I look at the clock and it's nearly 3 o'clock, everyone will be finishing school soon. But fuck that shit! Fuck Jessica! I go on Facebook and I search up Jessica. I find her account and I start scrolling through her timeline. Yeah I'm a stalker DEAL WITH IT!!

As I'm still looking through Jessica's profile I hear a knock at my door. I minimise the tab and go on Microsoft Word and open some random 'homework' assignment.

"Come in mum!" I say sounding very happy (which is a complete lie.)

"Hey sweetie! I'm glad your attitude has changed.. Well.. Just checking on you.. Glad you're doing your homework." She smiles and then closes the door and leaves.

Your mum can be a bitch sometimes, strict and all that. But overall she's such a good mother, I wouldn't trade her for anything in the world. Not even the latest gaming console... HM.. Well actually... I could.........
IM KIDDING!! I smile at my own thoughts.

I actually end up doing a bit of homework since my mum felt proud of me. I check the time and it's 7. Time flies. I shut my laptop and I lie down on my stomach on my bed in boredom. I turn over on my back and stare at the ceiling.

As I'm still questioning myself my mum knocks on the door letting me know that dinner is ready. I come out of my room and sit at the dinner table. Yum! Spaghetti! One of my favourites! Mum makes the best spaghetti! She's made it for me since I was a kid. It's the best.

"Where's dad?" I ask as I shove a meatball in my mouth.

"He's staying late at work tonight, he's working someone's shift for them." She takes a sip of wine.

"Oh okay" I take a sip from my apple juice.

As we finish up with dinner I wash up. After I wash up and clean the table I go back in my room.. Because I'm grounded. No shit lol. ANYWAY... I jump back on my bed and I open up my laptop. I hear a notification go off and I check it.

Jessica has requested to be your friend on Facebook.

I stare at it for at least five minutes. I then cross off Facebook and go on YouTube instead, trying to clear my mind. I click on my subscriptions and I see (your favourite youtuber) uploaded a video! I click on it without a second to spare. I love (his/her) content, it's the best and makes me smile and laugh every video.

I look out my window and I realise it's dark. So I close the blinds and just chuck on my Pyjamas without having a shower. I can have one in the morning. I check the time and it's 11!!! What the hell!?! I tip toe to my door and open it slowly, causing a slight creak. I open it more and stick my head out, all the lights are off and my mums bedroom door is shut. Yep she's asleep, and I should be too. Whoops..

I quickly and quietly shut my door and hurry off to bed. I slide under the covers and start thinking about today. I go on my side and I close my eyes, trying to fall asleep, but failing miserably. I sigh and I keep rolling and moving trying to find a comfortable spot. I end up falling asleep with my head UNDERNEATH the pillow.

I wake up to someone shaking me...
