I drove back home with her still on my mind. I was so confused, the way it felt when she touched me. I felt as if I missed her touch. It was weird for me, I wasn't used to feeling like this towards anyone. I never felt like this not even for Roger when we first met. I went to sleep that night with nothing but her on my mind.

I woke up to knocking on my door. I opened my eyes turning to look at the clock on my night stand. Who could it be in the middle of the night, I walked to the door and looked through the peep hole, to my surprise it was Rogers sister.

I opened the door surprised, "Umm, yea?"

Her eyebrow raised and she looked me up and down, with a wicked smile on her lips. My head turned slightly to the side in confusion.

Her voice came out rough, "I love your choice of clothing. Very, summer night."

I looked down, I had gone to bed in a pair small tight shorts, and a tight crop tank top. My face heated up and I tried to pull my shorts down a bit.

She smiled, "Don't be shy, you have a nice body."

I smiled nervously, " Thank you. Come in."

She walked in sitting down at my island.

I sat down across from her, "So what brings you by, this late at night and how do you know where I live."

She shrugged, "I needed to talk."

I narrowed my eyes at her, "Oh really..." I cleared my throat, "why so late?"

She shrugged, "I don't know, you have school all day. I work alot, this was the only available time."

I shook my head, "Busy girl."

She nodded slightly, "So, mind if I ask you something."

"No, go ahead."

"Do you love my brother." She asked, the question took me back, it was an odd way to start a conversation.

"Love him? Well, yes, I've always felt very drawn to him, ever since the day I met him. I also care about him very much."

"Oh really, what about when you kiss him, is there a spark?"

I thought about it for a minute, I had never really felt a spark. It just felt like a kiss, at first I do remember getting the small fluttering in my stomach, but then it went away, with time. It was never a big deal. I thought it was normal for couples who have been together for a while.

She snapped her fingers in my face, "I thought so, you know its not my place to say but, you shouldn't be with him if you don't have feelings for him"

I stood up a little upset she said that, "You're right its not your place to say. Its none of your business, Alayna"

"Yea okay, just don't be surprised." She stood up and started walking towards the door.

I grabbed her arm to stop her. I was pushed into the wall, her face hovering over mine. I gasped as I looked into her eyes, They seemed a darker blackish red as opposed to her normal crimson eyes. A flash of what looked like hurt passed through them then disappeared.

She stepped away from me, "I'm sorry, you caught me off guard."

I looked down avoiding her gaze, "Its alright. I'm sorry I shouldn't have done that."

She stared at me as if looking for something before clearing her throat and sighing, "So, I should go. Its pretty late."

I nodded and walked with her to the door. I closed the door and stood there for a minute, trying to register what had just happened. The look in her eyes was terrifying yet it made me wonder what she was thinking. It was as if she didn't know how to feel about my touch, almost as if she'd felt something but didn't want to admit she had. She confused me.
