Hey! So you know how I was a bit of a jerk face and discontinued the series, well it's coming back again! I also decided I shouldn't do GRATSU, because, well, I don't. Any-who here's that chapter!  ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Light's P.O.V.

' Goddammit! Why did I do that!?! That guy's going to ruin me! This stupid plan. I made this stupid fucking plan, why? I do truly love him, but at the same time I hate him! When he dies it's going to be all over, that's what I keep telling myself, so it has to be true! As soon as Rem kills him I'm in the clear. Hurry the fuck up Rem!'

As I stand there over L I could almost hug him . . . . Almost. I find it kind of funny how he sits in his child-like way, about to die, unaware of how much I had truly hated him.  'But at the same time I love him too much . . . ' 

As L and Light stare silently at the screen, Rem is etching in L's real name into the Death Note. In the computer room, Kira counts . . . Counts . . . Counts, until he reaches forty. L has finally fallen. Spoon still in hand, he plummets from his chair. Light looks onto L's terror stricken features with a sinister smile. Kira has won a great victory, but at the loss of Light's flame. Light perishes to his knees and slouches over L's dying host. Light cries while inside, Kira celebrates his supremacy. And with his dying breaths, L whispers into his partner's ear,  "I love you, Kira . . . ."
