[Chapter 36]

Taehyung's POV:

<9.30pm>

I decided to go back to the dorm,waiting for Mina to come.
I was about to enter the building where the dorm was when suddenly,I felt someone stand in front of me.

"Taehyung ah!"I heard Yura call me.
I opened my eyes and saw her smiling as she passed me the coffee.

"Aww my beloved sister!As expected,you know what I like!"I said and ruffled her hair.

"Oppa!I have something to tell you!"Yura said and her face turned red.

"Are you ok?Your face looks hot!"I said and checked if she had a fever with my palm but the heat of her face grew.

"Oppa,I... I like you!"Yura said.

I stared at her dumbfounded.
"What?"I asked.

"Oppa I like you.Ever since I saw you in my dreams and when I saw you in the cafe."Yura said and hugged me.

I wrapped my arms her.
I really didnt want to break our relationship of being friends but I have to make it clear.

"Yura...Im afraid I dont feel the same.We can still remain as friends though,"I said and released my arms away from her.

"But...havent I dont enough?Am I not good enough?I can change!"Yura said and grabbed my hand.

I stared at Yura and my heart softened at her tear-filled eyes.
But,I shouldnt lead her on...

"Im sorry Yura,I cannot accept you.
I have to go now,bye,"I said and ran into the dorm building.

Mina's POV:

<9.30pm>

I decided not to teleport but walk to the dorm today.
Tonight,the weather was breezy and the night-time scenery was really beautiful.

I was walking to the entrace of the dorm building when I saw Yura standing in front of Taehyung.

"Oppa...I like you,"Yura said.
Yura...likes Taehyung?
They continued to talk as I tried to sort out my feelings.

I obviously knew that Yura liked Taehyung from the way she always flirted with him but...when I actually heard it...I couldnt believe it.

Suddenly,Yura hugged Taehyung and in my heart, I wished that Taehyung would push her away.

Instead,he put his arms around her and pulled her closer.

Before I knew it,tears started streaming down my cheeks and the feeling of pain in my heart grew.

I quickly turned around and started walking back.
All this time...Taehyung liked Yura?
I should have known that Taehyung couldn't possibly like a ghost...

Suddenly,I bumped into someone and I looked up.
"Jin..."I said.
"Oh Mina!What happened?Why are you crying?"Jin asked.

"I saw Yura confessing to Taehyung..."I said and Jin's eyes widened.
He quickly sprinted towards the dorm entrance and I was confused.

Even Jin,one of my friends,left me.
He...left me...

I decided to go to the park to clear my mind...

Jin's POV:
As soon as I heard Mina say that Yura confessed to Taehyung,I knew something was wrong.

Taehyung clearly liked Mina so he would definitely reject Yura...

I quickly ran towards the dorm entrance,seeing that Yura was sobbing at the steps of the dorm entrance.

I put down my bags and sat beside her.
"Are you ok?I heard what happened..."I said.
"How could he reject me?Havent I done enough?"Yura cried.

I put my hand around her shoulder and pushed her head to lean on my shoulder.
Yura started to sob and I handed her a tissue.

"Its going to be ok,you will get over this soon,"I comforted her and she started to stop crying.

After 15mins,she calmed down and I could only hear her breathing.
Suddenly,she moved off my shoulder and stood up.

"What are you doing?"She shouted and kicked me.
"Excuse me I was helping you?"I explained.

"Sick pervert,I only love Taehyung so dont even think about me!"Yura said.
"Yura,whats going on?"I asked her.
"Excuse me,my name is Raine,not some dumbass name like "Yura"
She said.

She turned her head and began to walk home angrily.
This is strange,she did this the last time we were at Lotte World...

I picked up my bags and was about to enter the building when I saw Taehyung push open the door.

"Hyung..."Taehyung said.
"We need to talk,"I said and dragged him up to the dorm rooftop.

Mina's POV:

I walked towards the park and saw a familiar figure on the same bench.
He held onto a beer bottle and his face was red.

"Bihin ah!"I shouted and ran towards him.
"Ah...Mina!Youre here!"He slurred and took another sip.

"What...what happened?"I asked Bihin.
"Well,my future father-in-law found out that I work in a cafe and wouldnt let me marry Hyesung!"Bihin said and a tear rolled down his cheek.

"I shouldve known this would happen...,"Bihin said and finished his beer.
He reached out for another bottle but I stopped him.

"Stop it!Stop crying about how sad your life is and change it!"I shouted at Bihin and he stared at me.

"But how?I dont have any qualifications or money to do anything,"Bihin said.

"Then tell me : what do you want to do with your life?"I asked him.
Bihin stared into space for a moment.

"I know Hyesung's father wants you to have a stable job for stable income,but I think you should get a job that you like and is stable,"I said.

"Thanks Mina,"Bihin muttered and laid down on my lap.
In seconds,I heard snoring.
"Sleep well you dumbhead.While I continue to be frustrated on whats happening in my life,"I said.

First of all,there are so many similarities between Taehyung's father and my killer.

Second of all,Yura confessed to Taehyung.And it looks like...he likes her too.
Flashbacks of him with Yura flashed through my mind,him looking at her lovingly.

Even though I kinda knew this would happen,I just chose not to believe it.
I should stop bothering Taehyung,a ghost like me shouldnt hold him back from someone he truly deserves...

Oh no...Mina thinks Taehyung accepted Yura's confession.
What will Taehyung do to resolved the confusion?
