Jack's POV
Nicole came into the living room and sat down right next to me. It took all my willpower not to ask her if she was single. Ahh stupid emotions. She giggled as Noah came in and tripped over the leg of the coffee table. I rolled my eyes and glanced over at Alex who had sat across from me. He caught my gaze and gave me a quizzical look. Raising an eyebrow I gave him a look as if to say What? He smirked.I'll tell you later. I turned away from him and eyed the huge shelf full of movies.
"Ooo can I pick the movie first, can I, can I?!" I shouted out to Joey.
"Yea sure go ahead bro."
I looked at the movie cases and reached up, pulling a familiar case of the shelf.
"Can we watch Home A-"
"NOOO!!!" Zach and Alex yelled at me.
"Jeez mean little fuckers..." I muttered as I put Pirates of the Caribbean in the DVD player.
"Aw Jacky you know I still love you." Alex said as I trudged back to the couch. He stood up and hugged me and then he sat with me on his lap. Nicole got this really weird look on her face, kind of a huge smile but she looked like she was freaking out. All of a sudden she screamed,
"JALEX!!!" and then got a super embarrassed look on her cute face. She buried her head in the pillows and blushed bright red. Everyone burst out laughing and Alex reached up and kissed my cheek. I got up and sat on the couch as the movie began. We all relaxed as the movie played but I couldn't get her out of my head. She is so fun to hang out with and really pretty... Shit. What about Molly? I guess I forgot to mention that i sort of have a girlfriend. Alex hates her and is always telling me things like that she only wants me for the fame...but he could just be saying that to get me to break up with her! I admit she is really clingy and doesn't let me hang with the guys much. I feel someone put their head on my shoulder.
"Do you mind if I rest my head on you?" Nicole asks looking up at me with her bright hazel eyes.
"It's no problem." I smile down at her as she puts her focus back on the movie. I shake my head and let out a little smile. I see Alex grinning at me out of the corner of my eye. ZZZ ZZZ my phone buzzes with a text from Alex.
Lex: You soooo like her bro!
Me: maybe....
Lex: U gonna ask her out?
Me: idk man...i only met her today. and i have molly
Lex:yea. give it time, you'll get her ;)
Nicole's POV
I heard Jack's phone buzz several times and looked up at him to see a smirk on his face.
"Who are you texting?" I asked.
"Nobody..." he said. I rolled my eyes as I got comfortable again. The movie was only halfway through and i was exhausted. My eyes started to close and i drifted off to sleep.
~The Next Morning~
My eyes fluttered open to sunlight streaming through the window. I groaned and shut my eyes tight. My phone read that it was already 11:00. Wait a sec...where the hell am I? This isn't my bed?! My eyes adjusted and I realized I was in the living room.
I rolled over and smacked into someone. What the fuck? It was Jack. I hid my smile and saw everyone asleep in their chairs. I shook Jack, trying to wake him up but he wouldn't budge. I threw a pillow at Alex.
"What? Where - oh, hi Nicole." He said giving me a sheepish smile.
"Dude get your ass over here and get me up!" I whisper screamed at him grinning. He helped me up and we stood there for a minute gazing around the room. Then I got the perfect plan...but Jack was gonna hate me after this.
Alex' s POV
Nicole looked at me with a devious grin.
"I have a plan."
She explained it to me and went to get supplies.
I filled a bucket up with water and thought about Jack. I hope he won't be mad at her. They are perfect. And I would know, I mean he's my best friend! Damn I'm going soft...shit.
I walked out of the kitchen with the bucket to see Nicole placing towels on the carpet all around the couch. I stood behind the couch and looked down at Jack.
"On 3." I whispered "1 , 2...3!!!"
I dumped the overflowing bucket of water of Jack and the sprang up.
"What the fuck man?" he started but Nicole didn't let him finish. She dumped a bag of flour all over him. He gasped and spun around. He looked at her with an angry look then got an evil grin. He picked her up and threw her over his shoulder.
"REVENGE!!!" He screamed, running to the elevator. I laughed as she screamed. The doors shut just as everyone woke up.
"Is somebody....screaming?" Zach asked after listening for a moment. I explained to them what happened and we rushed downstairs to see what her punishment was.
OK so yes there are both an elevator and stairs in Nicole's house. Just in case you were cornfused! Anyone going to Warped Tour this year? I've never been and probably won't go this year cuz i'm not into any bands that are going :/ BUT HOLY CRABBY PATTIES...PARAMORE AND FALL OUT BOY IN CONCERT YEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!! *fangirl moment* sorry
