Ch.2

"Are you both all packed?" My mom asks as we put our plates on the floor for Mercutio (Mer for short) "Yeah Mrs. English, we finished Thursday after school" Liam replies "Okay good, and I already told you Liam, call me Samantha!" My mom reminded him. "It just doesn't feel right" Liam started and their convo was interrupted by a knock on the door and Mercutio barking "Mer, shut your face" I say to him just before opening the door. "Who is it?" Liam calls just before walking into the room. "Hey Liam," the twins chorus simultaneously "Hey guys, why are you guys here?" Dev just looks at him "oh sorry," he laughs correcting himself "guy, and girl," he finishes "better" she says approvingly "don't be so uptight" Niall jokes, punching her "shutup Niall" she sticks her tongue out at him and they both laugh "anyways," I say causing them to quit bickering, "why ARE you here?" "We just came to say goodluck, havefun, and we'll see you after you win," Devynn says, "and we brought you these, early congratulations,"  he hugs me and hands me a dozen roses, red, pink, and white, "thank you so much" I say, and I can feel my face burning up, so I dont even need Liam to tell me that im blushing, but he does anyway, "Phoenix you're as red as a strawberry!" He says, causing me to blush harder. Just then my mom walks in "Ohmygoodness those are beautiful" she blurts, grabbing them from me "Phoenix go get the vase please" I turn to walk up stairs but Liam stops me, I've got it, you say goodbye. He smiles at the twins before climbing the stairs with my mom close behind "dont take too long," she calls back before running after Liam. "C'mon Ni, lets go," "be there in a sec" he says. Dev walks out, so its just me and him... we stand awkwardly for a few seconds, until he randomly pulls me into a kiss, it took me a second to realize what was happening, and by the time I did, he was already out the door.
