Ch. 13

Phoenixes P.O.V.

I get home after a pretty normal after and walk in to my house with Liam to see my brother, Jacob, and Liams sister, Dylann, making out on the couch, and ignoring our childhood friend whom I haven't seen in years, Kyle.

Liams the first to speak "Uhm, this is new.. Hows school?" That immediately pulls Jacob and Dylann apart and back to reality and pulls Kyle from his phone screen. They all look at Liam and Kyle laughs lightly. At this point I've walked into the kitchen to grab a snack for Liam and myself. "Where's Phoenix?" I hear my brother ask "I'm right here" I say loudly from the kitchen before walking back into the living room with sandwiches for me and Liam. "Wheres mine?" Jacob and Kyle ask at almost exactly the same time, making Dylann, Liam and me giggle. "Well," I start, loooking at Jacob, " I thought you wouldn't be hungry after that session with Dylann," I smirk as I turn to Kyle, Holy fuck he's even hotter than I remember. I've had on Kyle since I was little and everybody knows except him. "You can share with me if you want, I'm really not that hungry" I say, grabbing the spot beside him as I finish. I feel myself blush as he moves closer to me, I thought it was because I had the food, but he grabbed a blanket and put it over us, and then held my hand under the blanket. I feel myself blush harder after that.

Liams P.O.V.

I watch him pull the blanket over them, and when she blushes even more, I could tell something was obviously happening. Whatever. "Dylann, do mom and Farryn know you're back yet?" "Yeah I dropped in to say hi earlier, Farryn has Victoria over today, you should go see them." "Alright, Phoenix, do you want to come? I'm gunna head over now." "I'll head over in a bit, I'm just gunna wait for Niall to get here." "Alright, is he bringing Devynn?" I ask while grabbing my bag. "I'm not sure." "Alright, see ya." I turn and head out the door.

Phoenixes P.O.V.

I finish my half of the sandwich just after Kyle finishes his, and I head down stairs to change. Kyle gets up and follows me. "Uhm.. whats up?" I say once I get down the stairs "nothing really," He responds casually "Then why did you follow me down here?" I ask, laughing quietly out of nervousness. "I just wanted to tell you that you've really grown up since I last saw you. You're beautiful." "Oh thank you" I smile grabbing a piece of paper and writing my number on it before handing it to him "Text me later, but I have to meet Liam soon. Tell Jaocb to let Niall in when he gets here. I hvae to change and get ready and stuff." "Sweet" He smiles before running up the stairs, leaving me by myself to get ready.

Niall got here a half hour later, I explained what we were doing and we went over to Liams. His mom opened the door and let us in. She said Liam, Victoria and Farryn were in the basement, so we headed down.
