Woop! So I don't know how to explain it but i'm going to show you how to use 'dust' overlays.
[THERE ARE TWO METHODS IN THIS CHAPTER]
Method 1:
Step 1: Insert the cover picture you're going to use. Make sure to crop it to the right size.
Wattpad cover size is 512 x 800
This is the overlay:

Step 2: Insert the picture into pixlr

Step 3: Click the two overlay circle button
