Violet's POV

''Help me draw the line, 15 years of anticipation, Let me know if I walk the line between, Faith and procrastination 2x, I'll see to it that, All good things come, To those who wait, To those who wait, Because there's , No way it's gone, No way it's gone, No way it's gone, gone gone.'' I hum quietly along to an original song of Elizabeth Grace's. The quiet buzz of my tattoo gun is soothing to me. Right now I am tattooing on some red head chick. She's getting a bullet shot heart with chains wrapped around it. I smile and turn the gun off.

I put it down as she asks, ''Done yet?''

I brush my hands off on my jeans and point to the mirror hanging on the wall, ''Check it out for yourself. I can touch it up if you don't like it.''

She looks at it for a long time with her mouth hanging open and with wide eyes. I start to worry that she absolutely hates it and will turn around and start yelling at me. Slowly turning around, she smiles the biggest smile I have ever seen.

''This is so fucking amazing! Thank you! Thank you so much!'' She squeals as she runs over and squeezes me in a super tight hug.

A grin replaces my solemn expression. Just the reaction I had hoped for. The rush of happiness I get from my clients overwhelming gratitude is just my favourite thing in the world.

''The way you did this is just... just so damn breathtaking.'' Says the red head chicks friend as she walks over in awe.

I wink at her, ''All in a days work.''

After they leave the shop I'm overcome with exhaustion. I sigh inwardly as I walk over to Bree, our ''secretary", to see who I have to tattoo or pierce next.

3 Hours Later (Which now it's around 1 a.m :P)

''Mayday, mayday, I'm in trouble, send somebody on the double, scratching at the floor inside my mind. They all accept the lies. So bury what you are outside, brother don't you be afraid.'' I sing passionatly as I strum along on my guitar. I gaze up and look at the star filled water. This, to me, is breathtaking. Watching the dark, smooth, water rippling. Stars just don't shine brighter than on water to me. The silence is calming. When I sit here at the beach singing and watching the water, I can't even explain it. The feeling I get feels like a once in a lifetime moment, but I get it everytime I'm here. I grab my notebook and look at what I last wrote down. I shift a bit to get into a more comfortable position and lightly strum my guitar.

''Tongue made of glass, I can't speak. Nightmares stalk me, daylight can't save me, darkness consumes me. Crooked smiles, tongues of blades, mouths filled with poison, they hide within. Hatred flows through their veins. They seek death, but not theirs.

Water rippling, oh so peaceful, blood red water, filled with sins. Look, oh look, this is my fear, when all is well, all is hell. We can't be saved from something that can't be fought. Oh, you sell out. Go ahead and get the fame you thought you bought.'' I smile sadly as I put my guitar down. I started writting this song, but wasn't able to finish it. Obviously I also haven't shown anyone or god forbid, sang it in front of someone. Suddenly, a quiet clapping shatters the content silence.

Oliver's POV

I can't stand this anymore. I push past people on the way out of the party. I look around for my bag and realize I left it in Austin's room. I sigh out of frustration. I impatiently make my way upstairs and as I turn the door knob I freeze. I can hear quiet moan.

''Ooo, baby. I'm so fucking ready'' I hear Sophie moan loudly. Wait, what the fuck? Sophie moan?!? I burst in and stare at Sophie in shock and disgust.

''You cheating whore.'' I spit out angrily. I grab my bag and force myself to walk out instead of sprinting out like I want to.

''Wait, Oli-kins, I can explain!'' Sophie whines and I can just hear her fumbling around.

I shove past people angrily, how dare she do this to me? All the shit I put up with for her. I know I didn't even love her anymore, but it still hurts. I slam Austin's backdoor shut and I dig around in my bag for my headphones. I turn on a Blink-182 song as I head to my favourite secluded area. There is this one gorgeous place at the beach, on one side its a sharp jagged cliff with trees growing up along it. It's surrounded by forest on the remaining sides other than the peaceful, perfect water. The sand is soft and loose, scattered with the occasional sea shell. I love it there. I push through some branches until I can see the water. I freeze. I can see someone sitting at the beach, luckily their back was to me. I slowly take out my headphones and quietly place them in my bag. That's when I hear her angelic voice. It's breathtaking how soft, passionate and almost sorrowful it sounds.

''Water rippling, oh so peaceful, blood red water, filled with sins. Look, oh look, this is my fear, when all is well, all is hell. We can't be saved from something that can't be fought. Oh, you sell out. Go ahead and get the fame you thought you bought.'' She's sings with passion and a hint of anger. Once I realize she is done I start to clap. It was amazing.
