              *one month later*
Finally back on track and back to normal. Everything has blown over and gotten back to pace,but with a different purpose and approach. Better. "Good Morning Mr.bossman and Mr.CEO."I said bringing in expressos for Max and Mason. Turns out Mason is the founder of this company from the time he was thirteen years old. Wow. "Morning Angel eyes. Thank you so much."Max said taking his hot expresso. "Good Morning,Gin."Mason said taking his with a big toothy smile. Feels good to be greeted back with love. "So anything new?"I asked looking at the two of them. They both shrugged. "I'll be back,those papers should be ready."I said fixing my boot cut red pants that goes with my white button up blouse and heading down the hall. "Morning Mr.Secretary."I chimed stopping at his desk. He smiled at me. "Morning,Ms.Mvp."Ken chimed back. "How are you this morning?"I asked with my naturally business like tone. "Great,you?"Ken asked gathering the papers for me. "Super great."I said smiling. "You sure do know how to light up anyone's mood."Ken said chuckling and giving me the papers. "You're such a doll."I said smiling,taking the papers gently and walked back to the office. "Hey whatever happened to Bella I didn't see her in awhile."I asked giving Mason the papers. "She got fired."Max said sternly. "Why?"I asked leaning against the desk. "She lacked with time effort,even on breaks. She didn't focus on work like she could have if she didn't get so distracted by Mason everytime he walked past her. Plus she just didn't care."Max said simply. One thing I can love and hate about him is his brutal honesty. "Wow,damn."I said going to my desk and started responding to some trade deal companies request and booking appointments for them. I tried so hard to ignore their stares from a distance as they talked quietly amongst themselves. I smiled abit and continued responding to the eager trade dealers. "Good work, Angel eyes. The companies are coming in like the cattle drive."Max said smiling and hugging me. "Good news for you."I said laughing and hugging him back. I still haven't forgiven him yet. I don't think I ever will fully forgive him. "Tonight we will celebrate. My treat."Mason said pulling the collar of his newly made suit. Nothing but pure sexiness. "I'll throw in my pay as well. I wanna go to that new restaurant in town."I said smiling abit. "Yeah, Deôgelo's right?"Mason said scrunching his eyebrows together. "Yeah."I said smiling. "Let's go there."Max said cheering. "Alright,now let me go and change."I said getting in my car and about to pull off. "Wait, I'm picking you though."Max said nodding. "Whatever floats your boat."I said blowing them a kiss and pulling off. I quickly showered and pulled out a long fitting dusty pink formal dress. With my black booties with the heel on them and my short fur coat. Put my hair straight and into a mid high ponytail. Finishing it up with my nude lipstick. Perfect. I looked at the clock took only an hour. I called Max. "Ready, Mr. Bossman?"I said chuckling. "Ready as you will ever be,beautiful. Nice butt."Max said laughing. "I turned around and looked outside my oversized window and saw him staring. "Like it?"I said playfully wiggling it. "I love it."Max said chuckling. I hung up and walked out. "Hey beautiful!"Mason yelled out. "Hey to you too!!"I said laughing as I got into the car. "Wow Gin. You look gorgeous."Max said looking at me. "You're too sweet to me Max. "I said laughing and blushing. "Anything for you."Max said taking a strand of hair out of my face,leaving me dumbstruck as he drove off. "I love you even more when you get all shy."Max said smiling as he kept his eyes on the Rode. "I hate it."I said looking out the window  to hide my face. He laughed at me. We got to the restaurant and valet parking was offered too.  He got out the car and opened my door and offered his hand as I got out. So formal and so romantic. I love it. "You're so sweet. Thank you Max."I said taking his hand and blushing. "Only for you."Max said holding opening the door for me as Mason and Ken came in behind us with a brunette British woman who was tightly latched on to Mason in her short red fitted dress and her white stilettos...she looked like a hooker,who was waiting for her next pay and dark haired brown skinned girl leaning on Ken with warmth in her eyes who was wearing a mid length straight deep purple dress and her hair pinned back. We all made eye contact and looked away quickly. We were seated quickly into a booth. Pretty decent size,the restaurant was a beautiful golden brown and the seats matching the walls and the rug a pop up color, red. Everything was so well oriented,soft classical music playing and everyone talking lowly looking so high class. I took in everything,down the waiters and waitresses in there navy blue and white uniforms. "Wow. This looks so unreal."The British girl commented. "So breath taking."The brown skinned girl added. "That's why I choose it."I said proudly. I honestly had no respect for either of them. I can sense their desires from here... Sex. Yuck. Well one of them at least. They both smiled at me and nodded as I smiled back to be nice. "Hello, I'm Johnathan and I'll be serving you this evening. How are we all doing?"Johnathan said calmly. "We are doing lovely, kind Johnathan. How are you?"I asked with a warm smile. "I'm good thank you for asking. How many I quench your thirst,miss?"Johnathan said kindly. "I'll have the tropical fruit punch with a dash of lemon."I said smoothly. "I'll have the same thing"Mason butted in. After we all ordered our drinks we waited to be served with our food. I ordered the mushroom alternated special. Mushrooms smothered in steak with different herbs mixed into it.... Can't wait for it. "So Ms.Jade eyes, what do you do?"The British girl asked. "First off my name is Ginsis Morgan. Secondly, I don't know your name. Thirdly,I work as the CEO secretary slash assistant and I also have a clothing line called Heels and Skirts. Very successful."I said in my business like voice. "O-oh,so interesting. I'm Lilian,I work as highschool teacher."Lilian smiled. She's full of it, what teacher has the words 'Lust Me' tattooed on their arm? You better have alot of time to cover that up everyday. "Lovely, what's the name of the school you work for?"I purposely asked. She pauses for a second. "Levian Charter highschool."Lilian said sipping her white wine. I nodded. I'll keep that in mind. "Oh,my apologies miss. What's your name?"I said to the brown skinned girl. "My name is Jennah James."Jennah said softly. "Nice name. What is that you do?"I asked. "I am a fitness trainer and a coach for tracking."Jennah said calmly. I nodded. "That explains how amazing your arms look."I said smiling abit. "Why thank you, Ms.Ginsis."Jennah said respectfully. I like her. "Please, just call me Gin."I said chuckling abit. "The ladies have met I see."Mason said calmly as our food was served. "Yes, we have."I said nodding and looking at Lilian who was eyeing me. After dinner which was ridiculously amazing and pricey. We all sat at a park in the grass and looked at the stars. Beautifully lighting up the sky and Moon illuminating the park. "Who Knew that a dark park could be so peaceful and beautiful even with the fighting possums and loud people."I said laying beside Max as he lasted beside me. He smiled at me. Aaaawwww so cute. "Well would you look at the time. Mason what do you say we go to your place?"Lilian said chuckling as her eyes drew down Mason. I shook my head. "Listen that can wait sweetheart. Right me we are bonding."I growled. "This is none of your business, sweetheart."Lilian said more aggressively. I stood up and faced her. "Excuse yourself Ms.Harlot. But you or HER didn't have to come at all. This is something we like to do weather you love it or hate it. So I suggest you sit your whore ass down and survive the night."I demanded. She stared me down as I did her and she say down. If it's one thing I'm confident about myself it's my burning deadly stare. "Good girl. Now back to business."I said laying back beside Max. Everyone was shocked from seeing this side of me. They always saw me happy and bubbly and speak kindly and softly, never harsh. "Wow."Max said inhaling deeply. "Whoa Gin I never you could be so straight forward and powerful like that."Mason said with wide eyes looking at me now. "Sometimes to do some good you've got to be the bad guy."I said looking back at him and then at Max. "Touché,m'lady."Max said smirking. I nodded with a self satisfied smile. After two hours of relaxing under the star light we went our separate ways. Lilian looks really familiar now when I thinking of it. Really familiar,work familiar. Hmm or maybe I'm delusional. Max and I stayed over his house since he insisted and plus he has clothes for me,for when I come over sometimes. I find it very thoughtful and sweet. Some say creepy and weird. "You can shower upstairs and I'll shower down here, so we don't have a slip up and see each others jewels and gems."Max said guiding up his penthouse stairs and into the gorgeous lavender bathroom, my favorite color. My clothes were laid out on the countertop in the barroom, beautiful lingerie that complimented my tanned skin. Wait lingerie?! Seriously?! But they do look comfy. "Alright, you're all set. Those are new too. Okay?"Mac said reassuring me about the lingerie. "okay. Now let me go lover boy."I said shutting the door. I turned on the shower to hot water, I love the heat. No matter the weather. Max headed downstairs. I washed my hair and face and everything else. After an hour of being in the bathroom I finally came out in a tank that fit mighty well and slightly baggy sweats, my type of pajamas. I went into the room Max showed me and I flopped on the bed. I was extremely exhausted and I fell asleep. I don't know if I went in the right room last night. I woke up to a slight snoring and warm lean arms around my back hugging me tightly. Oh God I accidentally slept in Max's room and with HIM. Oh god I'm in his bed,where he gets his business done. I immediately tried to escape his grasp but he pulled me tighter. "Max."I grumbled trying to pull away. Ugh! It's hopeless. His warmth dragged me back into a slumber of sweetness. I woke up to the smell of maple syrup and bacon. "smells good."I said in a groogy voice. "Morning Angel eyes."Max said chuckling as he took two full plates off the stove. Bacon, egg and cheese, toast, and my favorite homemade French toast. "Awwwww Max, so sweet."I said smiling and sitting on a stool. I noticed Max was shirtless and had a black and white apron on with bite me written across it. So cute and cliche. "I haven't cooked in forever."Max said chuckling. Oh God it smells good, but it's a risk to eat it. "Well let's find out how good does this art taste."I said taking a piece of French toast into my mouth. "Mmmmmmmmm!!!"I moaned unintentionally. Max widened his eyes and chuckled. "Maybe I should make breakfast for you all the time."Max said laughing. "Don't even."I shrugged and rolled my eyes. " I'm only kidding with you, angel eyes. Maybe."Max said chuckling. I rolled my eyes. "want some more? "Max said arching an eyebrow and looking at my empty plate. "Please?"I groaned. He laughed and scooped up some more for me. After devouring two plates we fixed the bed and watched some t.v. Noon dawned on us now. "Let's play a game."Max said slamming a twister game on the floor. "Oh no."I growled. He laughed. "Johnny."Max shouted. I male dressed in all black with an apron came out. "Yes sir? "Johnny asked quickly. "Play a game of twister with us."Max said kindly. Johnny nodded. After beating Max,twice we sat down on the couch. "Why are you do set set to me?"I asked randomly. Max was obviously taking off guard by the question. He quietly gasped. It took him awhile to respond. "Well simply because I care for you. You are the kind of girl who can just make a man go weak and fall victim to your sweetness."Max said smiling and me while holding my hand. "Why do you let me do that to you?"I asked  quietly. He paused again looking for the right words to say. "I accept you,flaws and all."Max said now stroking my cheek. His brown eyes locked with my jade eyes. We were inches away from each other,so close we could KISS. I was now in a trance,my heart racing,my pulse going crazy,everything else didn't matter. He smiled abit and cupped my cheek grazing it with his thumb. I was so nervous,petrified. He leaned closer and kissed me softly and passionately. We parted slowly and looked at each other with wide eyes. I was blushing all over and so was he. Max just kissed me! Oh my God,dreams do come true.
